Be Carefull with this placeMy husband left his credit card at the store and he spoke to someone and confirmed that card was at the store. When he went to collect today the guy call supervisor refused to give. There was nice girl who is willing to help and she said there was 2 cards with them the guy call supervisor did not let her to help us he was extremely rude. This to the management pls look in to this Today 5th November closing shift.

Man, this had to be the best, most friendliest customer service I have had in the longest while. And not just at the a beer store but, any establishment I have attended during the covid and pre-covid. It was refreshing and professional and patient and efficient. The young lady working there on the evening of June 24 approximately 730pm should be considered a customer service guru. The gentleman there as well, was also very friendly and professional. I have been attending various beer stores throughout the Province of Ontario. Mainly in the city of Toronto. My penny's worth of advice to Management who care, promote this young lady to a position where she could educate those less fortunate not to have the skill sets to make a customers experience a pleasurable one. Lawrence and Kennedy, 10 stars⛤.
