I changed the tire here, but I was told that my stud was damaged before, so they broke it, and wrongly told me to check the other studs. From the beginning to the end, there was no apology or embarrassment. Even if my best friend introduced me, I wouldn’t recommend it or admit it, and I wouldn’t dare to take responsibility for it even if I pay dozens of dollars. I went to another dealership for inspection and found that the remaining 4 studs were not damaged or stretched. I also bought 4 extra studs in my hand. I changed snow tires and all-season tires at his house, and they didn't care if anything happened. Strongly not recommended,

Jason is a lier - associate there, gave me a different pricing for the tires on the phone, I drove all the way there and they increased the pricing when I went there, saying we cannot give you lesser price, have to get the work done, pay the higher price else go away. Never visit them❌❌❌❌❌ offered $1050 on phone and said yes yes we give you this price, best in GTA and charged $1180 while I was there.

I have been buying tires and swapping my winters/summers with these guys for 10+ years and they’ve treated me well and provide fair prices for good tires. The staff is amazing, one season my tires wore out quicker than expected and they helped me with submitting a warranty claim. Will definitely recommend!

Just to be upfront, I have given rave reviews to this place before. I had two great experiences here, and recommended them to my wife and daughter. However, one should be aware that the prices on their website are very different from the much higher prices quoted over the phone. The explanation? I was told that the prices on the website were "the dealer prices, and set up that way because the dealer helps them set up the website." Hmmm. When I quoted two other tire suppliers, for the same tires, which were $300 to $500 less, I was told to "go for it". Truly disappointed. I did not feel like a valued long time customer. In my previous experiences I dealt with Ray and Charles. This was a different individual I spoke to. Know the details.
