I talked to several U-Haul employees but he was the only person who mentioned this requirement. If not for him, I would have showed up to pick up the part & not been able to pick up a trailer without doing the installation in advance. He fit me in same day and gave me a break on the price. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & fast. Extraordinary experience. If they had the trailer size I needed I would have preferred to bring my business here.
