The car was very bad , damaged number plate and side mirror, I am first time using, Shell is far better than this,

Paid $20 for premium car wash and the vacuum wasn’t even working, the car wash was done in exact 8 seconds and soap from the rims wasn’t even cleaned properly

Terrible Car wash system in this location. If you could just go to any other location and do the car wash. After washing, the soap foam was all over in my car. Got so many scratches and don’t know what to say. Just had a simply horrible car wash.
