Short hair glasses male at front desk didn't look at my jewelery and told me that I bought them from somewhere fake. I then sold it at $88,000 at Fine Jewelers located in Ajax.

My husband and I needed to have our wedding bands resized so we decided to take them to Jay's Jewellery - the reviews seemed consistently good and the store is close to our neighbourhood. The service was outstanding - they resized and cleaned both of our rings and the work was done very quickly. We are so pleased with our rings and couldn't be happier with the service. I feel like I have a brand new wedding band.

I had a custom made Ankh from Jay's jewellery. Could not be happier. Intricate details as ordered with regular updates throughout the process!Prices are very reasonable as well. I had two name pendants made as well. Very happy with those too. Highly recommending Jay's Jewellery.

I called Jay's Jewellery twice on March 13, 2021 to ask about their repair service. The gentleman that first answered the phone was very polite and gave me details about their service. I then called a second time to find out the location of their same day repair location. The lady who answered the phone hanged up on me, as I was asking her to please spell out the name of the location. Well, I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went in for a watch repair after reading all the positive reviews and... Could not be happier. Really nice guy, shows you what he's doing while he's doing it, and talks to you like you're friends from way back. Gonna be recommending Jay's to anyone who wants to purchase or fix jewelry.

I bought a men's leather bracelet for an anniversary present at Jay's Jewellery and Jay and his mom went above and beyond to get a bracelet engraved with very short notice. Excellent service!
