I highly recommend this company. We bought a Lotus range hood nov 2021. It worked fine till a strange rattle noise appeared yesterday. Since it was still within the one year warranty window, I called the shop for service. Within 24 hrs the problem is solved - - the ship response was within the hr, the repairman came on sunday morning (despite road closures in downtown), he was nice and competent, and the problem turns out trivial and we can almost solve it by ourselves. The machine is quite simple to open and maintain, and it works well.

Very honest place to buy furniture. I went to multiple stores, they are the most honest one. price is most reasonable among all the stores I went for the exact same products. We bought 2 beds and 3 mattress. Very good deal !!!

I bought a range hood from them for my condo. They are the nicest people.They will give you honest opinions. I called them to enquire about another range hood yesterday. And he was explaining to me & answering my questions patiently over the phone. Very sweet people run this store. And their pricing is good too! I really recommend this place

Purchased 2 Range Hoods (San Yang Pai CY-85) from Heyday Furniture. My brother bought the first one a couple days ago from Li and I picked one up today from Ging.Both are very professional, friendly, polite and super KNOWLEDGEABLE. They educated us very well and did an excellent comparison demonstration.I'm extremely satisfied with the service, product and their pricing. I highly recommend them ??

I ended up at Heyday because I had seen a couple of couches that I was interested in in one of their ads. I saw the ad on kijiji and when I called to enquire I even got an address in my text to ensure I knew exactly where I was going. I got there not long after I called and was greeted by Lee who was very welcoming, friendly and VERY PATIENT.I ended up getting one of their couches , I believe in the Ricoh selection...let me tell you this couch is nice , velvet and very soft. Easy to assemble as well. I had my couch delivered the SAME DAY and he was on time (actually a little early) . I also happened to purchase a TV right next door which would not fit in my car and he offered to deliver that as well at no charge. Honestly he went about and beyond and would definitely recommend to a friend or go back . Thanks Lee. You are so very Kind.

After a months hunt for a perfect sofa landed at this place which has beautiful collection of furniture with reasonable price. My interaction with Mr. Li has been extremely smooth and hassle-free. I was looking for a new sofa for my new place, which was proving to be a bigger headache than expected during the pandemic, as many furniture stores generally had delays of several months. I came across Heyday Furniture and had a pleasant time browsing their sofa selection, and ended up purchasing a lovely blue velvet sofa for a very reasonable price. Mr Li was knowledgeable, not pushy, and accommodated a delivery schedule that worked well for me. Thank you!

So after searching for a sofa everywhere and being dissatisfied with either cost or style or both, I came across website of heyday. There were quite a lot stuff in the website with attractive quotes. The store owner, Mr. Li, was very professional. He was very prompt on replying to all emails and answering phone calls. We took appointment and visited the store (Scarborough) where he showed us many options and helped us to choose the perfect sofa as per our needs with keeping in mind our choice and preference. The item that we bought was a steal.Will update the review with pictures after using it for some time.
