Horrible service right from the start. I called to find out if they do resizing for rings. I didn't want a estimate or time frame ...simply just a yes or no.. they refused to tell me anything over the phone.That was enough to start looking elsewhere.

He was Patient, Informative, Knowledgeable and explained the different kinds of neck chains for men and my body type..and my budget. Horrible service they dont reply to kijiji messages or phone calls. The staff is rude when they do reply, their deals are pretty bad too. Honestly id skip this place and go to a real jewler! These guys suck!
