I made an appointment with Bryant May 16, 2018 to move on July 4, 2018. He called me a couple of weeks later to confirm my move for JUNE 4, 2018, but I corrected him and said the move date is JULY 4, 2018. He said the system crashed and that it would be corrected. He never called to confirm the move date of July 4, so I called a few days before the move, left a voicemail message and asked that he call me to confirm the move date. After no one called, I called again a couple of days prior and left a message again to confirm the move date; no one called back again. The day before the move, I called to confirm and still no one answered or called back. On the day of the move, July 4, I called six times, sent a text message and an e-mail when no moving truck or movers showed up. I was left to scramble and to find another mover who could come the same day. It was an absolute horrible experience. I called Bryant at three different times after the move, left messages and no one has returned my calls to this day. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible!!. The first phase moving to storage was great however the move from storage to my new place was terrible. The movers were late, many of my glass items were broken and are still not replaced after a full month. Brian promised to show up with my replaced glasses 2 weeks ago . He never showed up and never called. When I called again he told me that there was a delay and the glasses will be ready on December 28th. The date today is December 31st and I have heard nothing from him. I called a few times but no one has returned my call. Please everyone, do not use this service.

I have a really bad experience with them. They damaged my walls, my hardwood floors and asked me a $250 deductible to send somebody to fix them. They disassembled the backseats of the sofas and they omitted to put them back properly. They told me numerous times that they were coming to reassemble the furniture. Lies. They never showed up. I won't recommend them.

We hired BlueLine for a commercial move of our office from a commercial space to a store. We did not think they would have experience with reverse movement from a bigger to a smaller space but we were wrong. Our work was done very professionally and thoroughly. Every box was handled delicately. It was a pleasant experience working with BlueLine.

Blueline is amazing I would completely recommend them. Ed and Rob are wonderful. I had to go back toy house several times while they were unloading and when I got back they had made a pathway all around my house to make it easier for my daughter and I to move around and unpack. Thank you so Much guys

Nightmare. I moved from an house to a condo. The move had to be done in two stages. One day out, the other day in. First stage was wonderful. Hard working team. Phone Blue Line asking for the same team next day. Was told OK. Second stage the truck was to arrive at 11am. Didn't. Call Blue Line. Was told it was on the way. Two hours later, still no truck and no answer to the phone calls. It arrived at 1.30pm. The driver told me that they had been doing another move in Peterborough.I The elevator booked until 3pm. Three individuals showed up. One could barely move himself. Every box was TOO HEAVY for him. I paid for 3 men, but got 2 1/4. They dropped boxes and broke a lot of items that can not be replaced. I called Blue Line next day. Was told that the team was very responsible. He was going to investigate and report back to me. Never heard from them.Their insurance would not cover my damages, because I did all of the packaging. Yet they scratch a lot of my furniture, and it was wrapped by them. Luckly, there was no bookings for the elevator after 3pm, othervise, they would have to return the next day to finish the move. I gave Blue Line name to another co-worker. It too was a nightmare.Blue Line Never Again.
