They worked hard to get my business, but customer care once my credit card was charged dropped drastically. The incorrect mattress was delivered twice before the correct mattress finally arrived, damaged. The store level sales agents and manager directed me to voice my grievances with the customer service call centre, and the call centre directed me to speak with the store level sales agents. No compensation, no accountability, no solutions. Completely unacceptable.

They have the worst customer service ever! Not responding, not helpful. Rude delivery staff. I purchased an item online and it was delivered after one month.

Had a wonderful experience at Ashley’s. Sharmeen was amazing and went above and beyond. She is friendly, kind, listens to your needs, and goes that extra mile for you. There was a few hiccups but through it all I was so impressed and grateful how helpful she was. Honestly all the staff was very kind. Pet Approved, love my new sectional!

Awful service. Came in at 3pm on a Monday when the store was quiet. Was being helped by Tariq for about 10 minutes. We were walking towards another sectional he was going to show me when a white couple walked in. He quickly turned his attention to them and started to help them WHILE HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF HELPING ME. I paused and waited a minute to see if he was just saying hi and getting them situated with another associate, but he started to show them products and completely abandoned our conversation just like that! He never said a word to me, just diverted his attention to them and ditched me with no help or hand off. Incredibly rude. I ended up going next door to Structube and spending over $5k in the furniture I needed. A big loss for Ashley Furniture...could have been an easy sale. I won't be back and my referrals will go to Structube.

I recently visited ASHLEY HomeStore and was impressed by their professionalism. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and the branch manager was especially attentive and professional. The level of service provided was exceptional.
While their prices aren’t the cheapest, the quality of their items is outstanding, and you truly get what you pay for. The shipment process was seamless, and the workers who assembled the furniture were efficient and did an excellent job.
I highly recommend ASHLEY Furniture for anyone looking for high-quality items and excellent service.

That was an amazing experience. The staff is very helpful and welcoming especially Hani who works at Scarborough. He gave me a very good deal. I’m so happy that I got the sofa that I wanted with a good price and also great quality.
