So, whoever was helping me processed my pick up and then return back-to-back with no questions asked and the broadest smile! She even opened my package for me. She was so pleasant, I don't know her name but she has very short hair (probably curly) and she was working today between 12:15 PM and 1:15 PM.
I visit this store a lot, and every single time this lady is so pleasant, always in a good mood and always so happy to help. She deserves a raise!! It may not be a big deal for someone else but for a person like me who is shy to ask for anything - it means a lot when I gather all my courage to request a return right after picking up the order and I am not made to feel like a burden.
