I was in today (at the Sault Ste. Marie store in Station Mall) to pick up an online order. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it took too long to arrive and I had already bought another black skirt by then. So, whoever was helping me processed my pick up and then return back-to-back with no questions asked and the broadest smile! She even opened my package for me. She was so pleasant, I don't know her name but she has very short hair (probably curly) and she was working today between 12:15 PM and 1:15 PM.
I visit this store a lot, and every single time this lady is so pleasant, always in a good mood and always so happy to help. She deserves a raise!! It may not be a big deal for someone else but for a person like me who is shy to ask for anything - it means a lot when I gather all my courage to request a return right after picking up the order and I am not made to feel like a burden. Thank you very much for helping me today, I love shopping here!

Received horrible service by A. Cashier who doesn’t calculate what %50 off is and B. manager who states item was %50 off again, proceeds to walk away (I used a phone to calculate in front of them) cashier ignored what I was asking so again I asked the manager who proceeded to state the item was in the wrong place. I explained rack says %50 off and more of the same item was also on rack so no no one placed in in the wrong place. Her solution was too offer a return , if that’s the managers idea of a resolution this store is doomed . Sad as I like to support our dying mall but people like these two make me not care. No thanks, I’ll take my $ elsewhere and no I would not like an email from this horrendous management.

The customer service is amazing !! I felt like a celebrity. I was greeted right away and was given options when asked what I was looking for. The worker checked up on me in the change room, helped me zip up and gave me nice compliments and helped pick the perfect dress that was on sale !
