What can I say. Was driving across the country and the tire indicator came on again. Despite fixing a tire in Winnipeg and filling them all up again in Marathon. Folks at FT were happy to squeeze me in late on a Saturday afternoon. Examined all the tires, filled them up and reset the indicator. All at no charge - because they “didn’t find anything wrong”. Amazing. Please support this business and the friendly, accommodating people who work there if you get a chance.

Original Review:Fountain consistently gives us the best service for our tires of any shop in the Sault. Reasonable prices and great customer service.Update 3 years Later:We're now using Fountain Tire for most of our vehicle maintenance. Marty and the mechanics at Fountain are the reason our two vehicles are in such great shape. They give a fair estimate and only do needed work. Any minor issues that pop up later are corrected promptly and at no charge. Can't say enough great things about the crew or their provided service.

Requested a bearing change. Fountain said it wasn’t necessary, however, I asked for it to be done regardless.They took my money and bearing and said they did the job.I had the car inspected by a millwright. The millwright took the front end apart and confirmed the bearing was not changed.Zero stars if I could.This incident is a little dated, however, it still bothers me.

We were on our way back home & 1/2 hour outside the Sault we got a flat. After changing the tire to our spare we drove straight to Fountain Tire. Dennis was so helpful and had us in and out as quickly as possible. We definitely recommend Fountain Tire for any of your vehicles needs. Thanks for getting us back on the road ? There staff are extremely friendly too

Amazing service. Had a nail in my tire, drove fromThe provincial park to here, fast, great service, great price and amazing location. Highly recommend it! They even put my spare tire back under the truck!

Amazing service! We are on our way home from a road trip across Canada and noticed we needed two rear tires. Marty was exceptionally helpful and friendly! He gave us a very reasonable price on the two tires and installed them very quickly. We were back on the road within an hour. We’re very impressed with our experience. Thanks for all the help!

Went to fountain tire for a repair that required minimum one week of wait time. After speaking with Denis, he went above and beyond to get us back on the road ASAP. Highly recommend this business and 5 star all the way.
