Complete lack of customer “service”

Very unhappy with their Solution Shop Center. This is my second time placing an order in-store for pickup at a later date and my second time with an issue. The end product is great so I thought I’d give them one more try with this order. Coming and paying for it days ahead and being given a pickup time of their choosing is the process. My pickup time for this order was anytime after 3pm Tuesday and the order was placed the previous
Sunday. I arrived at 9am Thursday (well after the time) and not only was it not ready, but it hadn’t even been started. I informed the associate that I did not have time for this as I drove 30 mins to get here and have to get to work to open my business. She then said no problem and that she was sorry. She said she could have it done in 20 mins if I could wait. I really didn’t have 20 minutes as I had to get to work but I said I’d wait as driving back and forth would take longer. The 20 minutes turned into over 1 hour. She even sat and spoke with another customer for several minutes while I waited for the product instead of handing them off to a different associate or asking them to wait. Now I’m leaving with half of my menus and flyers with cut off images because I just can’t wait anymore. This means I have another trip back on another day to get this order. No offer of a credit at all.
Looks like I’m going to have to go back to Vista Print. It lacks the personal touch and interaction but I don’t have an hour to wait everytime I come in for something I preordered. This is almost identical to my first experience. Upsetting as I do like the quality of the end product.

Don’t buy an acer laptop. We bought our daughter an acer a315 here 2 weeks ago and the microphone does not work. It is also very slow.
We can’t return it to staples because we didn’t keep the box so they won’t take it back.
We were sold insurance at Staples which we can’t use because it turns out ACER has a 1 year warranty you have to use first.
We called acer and we have to return the laptop in the mail to have it fixed which will take up to 10 business days. My daughter needs the laptop for school asap. When you spend 600$ on a laptop you expect it to work!!! If you buy a laptop at staples and they try to sell you on insurance; first make sure there isn’t already a brand warranty. Also; keep the box!

Last Sunday I visited staples sarnia to buy school supplies and I was already spend more than half an hour to find the stuff but didn't found and one of their associate name karanpreet help me alot to found my supplies in just a few minutes• I really appreciate her efforts and she was so polite and kind. Next time if i visited store i would like to directly contact her to help me out.

Absolutely horrible service regarding a business card order. Employees are incompetent and struggle with communication in English resulting in a COMPLETE waste of time and a HORRIBLE result. I ordered square business cards and they arrived in the box uncut and looked cheap and photocopied. When I asked why they aren't square the employee offered to hand trim them on a paper cutter? Really? 500 cards? What a joke and a waste of gas and time. Big box stores are a waste of time!
