Really kind staff, from start to delivery. I dealt with Alex at the Sarnia location, he was incredibly kind and patient as I tried nearly every bed there. He was super informative, making an assessment based on how I sleep, the mattress we currently had and the things I didn’t love about it. I did not feel over sold, although I did navigate to a more expensive pillow top option that just felt best for my needs. He provided a variety of price point options and at no point did I feel like I was being “sold” I felt like he really wanted to help me find the bed that would be most comfortable and last! We previously purchased a Barrymore Kingsdown from Sleep Country over 10 years ago, aside from the pillow top sinking slightly in over 10 years it was a great mattress. As soon as I sat on the Kingsdown Duet Innbrook, I knew it was the one. Love the pillow top, and solid support of the matress. The delivery guys were very kind, and efficient. In another decade I’ll be back.

Had a wonderful experience shopping for a new king size bed. Our sales lady was very informative and easy to work with. My hubby and I absolutely love our new Simba mattress.

Sold me on a simba 2500 hybrid mattress that dips significantly in the middle within first few nights. Cant sleep on it at all and causes severe back/hip pains. Already traded in a different mattress for the hundred night sleep guarantee so I guess I'm just screwed now. Extremely upsetting since it's nearly 1400 dollars.

We had a online order, sales rep was wonderful! How ever delivery rep was rude and so was customer service when we called to complain. We paid for a service for our old bed to be taken away and got every excuse under the sun in why they didn't want to. In the end they left the box spring and expected us to keep it for them to come back to get. Now to paint a picture we have a king size bed and small town house, so in other words no space. This was awful way to be treated after picking sleep country to spend 3500.00 . We will go else where in the future.

The service was fine but the store itself was dirty they tell you to lie down on the mattresses to test them out but I didn’t wanna do that because it was really dirty a lot of stains and filth I understand it can’t be perfect but I went to Leon’s after and it was a very big difference. Maybe it has changed since I’ve been there I went a couple weeks ago not trying to hurt someone’s business just sharing my experience because I think that its good to know.

Completed our purchase fully online, but the delivery team was fantastic! So polite and friendly. Carried our mattress to the bed frame wearing their gloves and masks. I was very surprised at the great customer service. Props to the delivery team!
