“Rebecca at Telus Lambton Mall was extremely helpful. She solved a phone issue quickly while I was traveling out of the country and called later to follow-up. She also told me about Telus offers based on my preferences. When I decided to proceed with a new phone she offered to switch my old phone over to the new phone at the store free of charge. I brought the phone in to do this and everything went smoothly. She’s very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The other staff and manager at the store were friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!”

4455 24th Ave Suite 100, Fort Gratiot“I've been there 3 times in the last month and a half. Rico helped me each time and was great. Took the time to listen to what we needed and helped us keep our bill as low as possible.
He wasn't able to turn my phones voicemail on for some reason and had told me I'd have to call customer service. When he asked the next visit if I'd gotten that fixed and I told him no, I didn't feel like dealing with customer service on the phone he called and got it working again for me.
He wrote down prices for me and printed a channel list so we could discuss our best options for TV/streaming.
To the guy complaining about not being the main person on the plan and not able to do anything, that's the way it works. If your not the main person, then yea u need that person to be there to change anything. I feel bad he was trying to push his way but a policy is a policy. I've been on plans before and it's the same way with any carrier that I've been with. He should have been informed beforehand, but most of the time they don't randomly look up if your the primary to make sure you know how those things work. Now he knows. I do not blame the store at all for that.”
