The office secretary of my family doctor, Dr. Bahram Sarang, called me and very unprofessionally told me that the doctor should see you in the office.I was very worried and asked the reason, but unfortunately the secretary talked to me in a bad tone and when I asked to make an appointment for a doctor's visit, she hung up the phone in a completely irresponsible behave. This neglect of the patient's condition caused my blood pressure to reach 150, which was very alarming. Her disrespect and inappropriate behavior really disappointed me.

I want to start this review off by saying I never do this. I am never driven to the point where someone made me feel so dismissed and uncomfortable to leave a negative review.Today was my first day seeing what was at the time, my new physician, Dr Bahram Sarang. I want to start this review off by saying the staff was exceptional, nice and efficient.This is where it goes downhill. Before you meet with the Doctor you meet with his assistant who asks you all the basic questions, and the reason for your visit. Dr Sarang walked in midway heard my reasons of being there and started to talk to me in an aggressive and condescending manner towards my concerns. He then proceeded to give me a speech about how his practice runs and that being on time and respectful is most important to him. I guess this doesn’t apply to him because my appointment was at 10:40 am and I was there on time and saw him at 11:30am with a bucket full of attitude.I simply wanted a requisition for bloodwork to make sure my hormones are balanced and instead I met with someone who seemed like he had no interest in patient care.Please do not visit Dr Sarang as he is not fit to be a family physician because his behaviour and care towards patients is severely lacking

I do not recommend Dr. Jahangiri. She does not care about patients. Her assistant (reception) is very rude and impatient. The worst experience!

Very responsible family doctors to the patient. You can book or walk in and receive an appointment, a good follow up with specialist and very organized in severe problem.I recommend here to get a result with experienced doctors as well as cosmetic services, the facial result was awesome with a great follow up with the family doctors.

What a clueless, careless, emotionless doctors. I went back for a pain in my right side, waited for a good one hr, then he comes and spends 10 min talking to me, comes up with there is nothing wrong with you. Asked him for blood work requisition, he knew i had glucose issue at my previous test, yet he didn't check mark to do it after 9 month and i had to get them to mark it (see the picture). What a STUPID health system in CANADA, worse then africa

The clinic unfortunately is not responsive. Calls or emails, it's like 90s when you have to drive to book an appointment with your family Dr, modify, or cancel anything.Despite common practice, they never send reminder call or txt for upcoming appointments.

They NEVER answer the phone. No matter what day or time. It’s so frustrating to have to leave a message and wait for two days to get back to someone instead of just talking to someone directly. The doctors are good but the receptionists ruin everything.

This 1 star (read zero star) is for office staff (reception, front desk). My family doctor is Dr Davoudpour and he is a great family physician, very professional and yet friendly however the office staff is MINUS 5 star. They never pick up the phone and never call you back after you leave a message (their voice mail says they will get back to you within 48 hours, what a joke...). I have been waiting for a referral for 7 months now. Dr Davoudpour printed the referral sheet in front of me and gave it to her receptionist. I have called the specialist office several times and they have never received it; on the other hand i have left 5 messages for TruCare clinic over the past 3 months and NEVER got a response!Dr Davoudpour, do all your patients a favor and either change your office staff or move to a professional clinic!I am unfortunately looking to change my FP and I recommend all readers look elsewhere.

We visited Dr Paria Kashani for our twins. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She patiently explained everything to us in details and answered all our questions without rushing us. The clinic was clean and the front desk staff were professional as well. I strongly recommend Dr Kashani.

If I could give negative stars I would. Can NEVER reach anybody. Books phone appointment then doesn’t bother to make them. Pharmacy & patient will literally call for weeks and never get a call back for repeats on meds & doesn’t seem to be a concern to them when you run out completely. Reception blames the doctor, doctor blames the reception staff; it’s a 3 ring circus. Finally got a call back (in 10 minutes I might add) after threatening to report him to the medical Licensing board. What a disgrace. Searching for a new clinic for my entire family. This place should be shut down.
