I am beyond impressed with Mohamed and his team. I would say the thing that really sets him apart from others is, he really truly cares about his clients, and goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure that things get done properly and on time. He also is the only contractor that I interviewed that took the initiative to come up with creative ideas on how to make my shower bigger in my very small dated en suite bathroom. Bottom line, he truly cares and has an amazing eye for design. The entire process from the beginning to the end was completely stress-free, and he was a joy to work with. He also has amazing trades that have been with him for many years, which says a lot about him. They were all very professional and respectful. The end result is an absolutely stunning beyond my imagination en suite bathroom. This could not have happened without Mohamed and his dedication and great ideas. He was always very communicative throughout the entire process and always onsite to supervise to ensure everything got done properly. He was truly a joy to work with. Needless to say, I would use him again in a heartbeat, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

We hired Orange Contracting to remodel a Jack & Jill bathroom as well as our laundry room. It went extremely well and the team made steady progress. We are really happy with the results for both rooms and all his workers were courteous and accommodating. Mohamed adjusted the plan whenever needed and was always responsive and engaged. From the initial quote, to some post renovation adjustments, they have been available and helpful.When we are ready for our next project, we will definitely have them back.Services: General construction

I had a leak in the basement roof and a washroom issue, and my reliable, trustworthy contractor for more than ten years had moved away from GTA, so I was looking for someone. A friend of mine referred Orange Contracting, who had done close to 500K renovations. On both occasions, Orange Contracting diagnosed properly and fixed. My diagnosis was incorrect, and a dishonest contractor could have used it to advantage stack over 10K renovations easily.I trusted Orange Contracting and asked for quotations for two washrooms. The quotations were not cheap as in online quotes (I checked a couple), but reasonable. I decided to go ahead with Orange Contracting and am convinced I made the correct choice. Orange Contracting hires experts for each area. Demolition, plumber, painter, electrician, etc were all different individuals who were very skilled in what they did. The owner of Orange Contracting frequently came to oversee the work.Orange Contracting delivered as promised. Orange Contracting mentioned the realistic time required during the initial discussion, and I could see why. We discussed further renovations, and again, Orange Contracting explained the time required. That timeline didn't work for me, and Orange Contracting could have changed the timeline to get the business and delay later. Orange Contracting instead did not change the timeline estimate, and I am happy about being upfront.In addition to washrooms, when Orange Contracting owner was visiting to oversee the work, he fixed several issues free of charge. Orange Contracting owner is a people person interested in trust and maintaining good relationships and not there to make some quick money and disappear.I would recommend Orange Contracting for any renovation.

Just purchase an over priced old home (crazy makert of 2022) for my toddler and I to discovered a leak coming from the most tight and awkward walk in shower that also had the smell of the toilet coming from the drain. Tried to fix it, but job was a bigger job than I could handle. Decided it had to be addessed and done by professionals and switch it out for a tub. Orange Contracting was able to provide the best quote, date, and time line for the shower/tub and switch out my toilet for me if I purchased a new one. Other contractors wouldn't do just portion of the bathroom, and required the full bathroom to be done costing double if not more. Now there's no more worry of a leak behind the walls, additional financial problems, and I can bath my daughter properly without awkwardly maneuvering through a 1.5' glass door opening. Thank you Orange Contracting for doing such a great job with professional and friendly service!

Orange Contracting is incredible. Mohamed and his team were able to work within our budget and even adjusted his timelines to help us meet ours. We couldn’t be more thankful to have him and his incredibly talented team on our side. The demos to floor material selection process to installation and finishing were world class and we can’t wait to work with them for more projects in the future. He can literally do it all. We’ve recommended Mo to all of our family and friends and will continue to do so.

Our extended family has hired Mo and his team multiple times. Once you have a relationship like that with a team this good, you don't just let that go. After working on my parents house in 2017, we hired him to do our condo, and after we moved to a house recently, his team took on an urgent demo and renovation of our flooring throughout the entire place. The speed, priority, quality, compassion, and communication with him are honestly unparalleled. He was fully invested in our goals and situation with a baby coming and moved things around to ensure we had everything we needed in time. His team couldn't be more professional either. Kay is especially a huge standout. The process from having the autonomy to see the largest gallery of flooring and trim options, to the handling of garbage, and everything on top ... I really cannot say enough. We are absolutely going to continue working with Orange Contracting. This Spring I hope! To do a lot more on the home. Cannot wait to work with them again.

We hired Orange Contracting to do a whole house renovation for our new home. Mohamed and his team helped us in a previous house 4 years ago and we were so happy with the work that we wanted to work with him again. The new house required creating a new custom open concept kitchen, new flooring, complete renovation of 4 bathrooms, etc.Mohamed completed the project on time despite the different constraints imposed by the pandemic. He was always available to talk and answered all our questions, making sure you are satisfied with every little detail. He and his team are very professional and skilled. I recently purchased a 4000 sq/ft house that required renovations on all 3 levels. Orange Contracting had done an amazing job renovating my last home 4 years ago so I felt comfortable to hire Mohamed and his team again to complete the renovations for my new house. The scope of renovation included 1) Creating a new custom modern open concept kitchen 2) Changing all the flooring throughout the house 3) Complete renovation of 4 bathrooms 4) Renovation of 2 staircases 5) Installation of pot lights throughout all 3 levels (over 150 pot lights installed) 6) Painting the entire house etc. Mohamed had estimated that the work would take approx. 4 months to complete and he totally delivered on his promise even through the challenges imposed by the pandemic. He and his team provided professional, skilled workmanship and use high quality materials. Mohamed was flexible when there was added work we wanted done and he even threw in a few surprises like installation of a foot sweeper vacuum in the kitchen at no additional cost. What really sets him apart is that he is always available to speak to when we had any questions, provided advice and collaborated with us during every step of the renovation project which kept us informed. After working with Mohamed on my first home renovation project, it was a given that we wanted him to renovate our dream home. I wanted to create one large window instead of 2 small windows and a wall in my dining room. I already had several very successful projects with Mohamed and Orange Contracting and I was very confident he'd do a great job. Mohamed helped me with a permit write-up and to deal with the inspection process, inspector requests for additional information, as well as minor alteration requests as part of the same process. It took over 3 months to secure the permit so we could get the job started. Mohamed is terrific to work with, I can reach him most of the time, and when he's busy working other projects, he always gets back to me promptly. He organized all aspects of the projects from knocking down the walls, to framing, purchasing all required hardware, mudding, brickwork, installation, painting and cleanup. The window is a truly spectacular addition to the house, we got a ton of light and can enjoy the views of the outdoors. Mohamed made the process as painless as possible given the complex project and working through the permit and inspection process. Kudos to Mohamed for another job extremely well done, I couldn't be happier with the results!

Orange Contracting and Mohamed have a lot to learn about post-service care for their clients. After less than a year, our kitchen cabinets and one drawer no longer functioned properly, our stair lights went out and a few pot lights started to flicker. To add, after a few months, we asked Mohamed to return to fix a leak from our powder room which eventually turned into a massive leak, breaking through our basement ceiling. When we tried to reach Mohamed, he made excuses about being busy with another job and then he stopped responding to our calls and texts altogether. Also, be wary about purchasing any security cameras or systems from Orange Contracting/Mohamed. Our system stopped working after a few months and required upgrades for which this contractor provided no support. Suffice it to say, when a contractor makes everything look shiny on the surface but refuses to do the work when repairs are required, buyer beware. The only positive thing that came out of hiring Orange Contracting was the workmanship by Hong, who is an exceptionally talented carpenter. His work is beyond perfect!
