I knew my truck needed an alignment because I had just replaced my front shocks. He charged me $200 and told me my alignment was fine, but he tweaked it a little, but I needed a new clock spring for my steering wheel as the straight position was 1 or 2 degrees off. When I looked under my truck at the tie-rods, not one of them was touched, all the built up dirt over the year was still there. Today, I had my winter tires installed by another shop, and the guy called me freaking saying I desperately need an alignment. He did it for me and my truck drives beautifully straight, and the straight position Of the steering wheel was at 0 degrees! (Which means it's fixed). New era automotive pretty much took my truck, did nothing to it, and charged me $200 to return the truck to me still broken and VERY UNSAFE. I do not recommend .

I was here because I got a flat tire, and the technician was performing quickly and advise me nicely. Help me put the spare time with a very reasonable price. I really appreciate it. Will stop by again for sure.

They were supposed to replace my AC compressor with a new one, but I found out that they had either fixed my own or had replaced it with an old one. I was charged 700 dollars. My AC was stopped cooling after a week and when I took my car back to the shop, I was told that the problem is the AC condenser. So after spending two days of my life and losing 700 hundrd bulks I ended up with no AC!

They just give you a dummy appointment which is not booked or even registered somewhere. Just like a WALK-in you walk in as a complete stranger only to find out that you need to wait for more than one hour before they come and pick up your car.Service: Oil change

In my 8 years as a customer of New Era Automotive, they have performed my first auto service since I purchased my car, and it will be the last one. You could not find a safer and more honest place to go with more affordable prices than this. I have always found Mr. Kazemi to be a very knowledgeable and handy individual who repairs parts rather than exchanging them whenever possible. The services he provided at an unbeatable price have been recommended to many of my close friends, and all have been very satisfied and happy.There were some accounts with one-star reviews that were trying to ruin the reputation of New Era's business approximately three years ago, and all of them were written in one period of time. It was obvious that the user had just created more accounts to effect the high rate. Some rivals who are losing customers are certainly jealous of your success.
