We bought a pack of Kashk from them and there was some worm in it and when I went to the store to return them back they did not accept it and they said there was something else in it which is so weird

I don’t like this shop because They do not accept poor quality goods from the customer, but in canada it is an option that the customer can exchange or return the item she is not satisfied with.

I bought these Panela cookies and although the expiry date is well in the future, when I opened it there's mold on the cookie. It makes me question if the expiry dates are real or not. You can get seriously sick this is not acceptable.

I ordered a kale pache from the store and unfortunately I was disappointed and dissatisfied because it was clearly rotten. Interestingly enough I called from before hand to see if it was fresh or not and they told me it was recently made yet they lied and tried to sell me the product. Worse part is when I confronted the manager they gave me my money back but put the same rotten product back in the fridge which could truly be a health hazard. They were also very disrespectful when I confronted them.

Congrats to this place to get promoted to the top of the list of the WORST PERSIAN SUPERMARKET in GTA far from the runner!Very rude, unprofessional staff who they think that they're doing you a favor standing at the cash!They sold us moldy Sour Cherries on Sat, and as we needed small amount but not a big container, they gave the fruit from behind the counter in a non-see-through white bag.As soon as I got home, right away, I went for washing the Cherries and found more than 50% of them was covered in white disgusting mold.When I went there today to let them know this shouldn't be the right way to use customer's trust, I've got attitude from the staff along with her saying the molds developed over the days at my home and they sold us good products without even knowing that, it seems they're already know the drill! Deny, deny and deny!After I asked how she called me easily a liar, I got "let me see what I might be able to do for you!!" with even more attitude, which definitely I didn't need! That was their apology!!They do not have a clue that in the 10km radius of this place, there are more than 10 great Persian Stores with better products and more respect for customers. Good luck with your business.I strongly recommend you to think twice before shopping at this place.

An outstanding Persian supermarket. Without a doubt the best one I've stepped into in Toronto. You are transported to a Middle-Eastern "souk", surrounded by thousands of spices, tea, traditional tea accoutrements, Halal meat counter, all sorts of jarred and tinned Iranian products, taftoon breads, lavash breads, sweets, you name it. My husband had to drag me out of there after we made our purchase. I wanted to browse (and buy) some more.This is a gem of a place. Nice owners and pleasant people.
