Fast and friendly service, they come for pickup. They'll always have a courier with them in case you don't have the packaging. The only issue is they are Always Late.Their pickup time for my house was 10am- 2pmHe arrived at 1:55 for both times, whereas I kept thinking he's not gonna come anymore, I've missed him but he came at 1:55pm.

Completely useless. 13 hour delivery window and they don't care. Been waiting over 3 hours for a call back.Online chat was completely unhelpful.Stay far away from these clowns.Try UPS or FedEx. Perhaps they care about their customers because Purolator sure doesn't!

I wasn't told that my parcel couldn't be sent to a FedEx office in Astoria/Queens NY as a pickup location, so it was turned away, then damaged due to unnecessary shipping to other locations. Then tracking updates were vague, saying that my item is damaged and undeliverable. I'm STILL trying to get my Mac computer returned to me. Absolutely ridiculous.

They walked up to my door today, put a sticker on the door saying they attempted delivery, walked away, drove off. No knocking, no nothing. I didn't think anything of it as I had assumed they just dropped the package off without knocking. When they pulled away I just found the sticker.

Very bad service in Sarnia.They won't call the person and just leave the note on the door.Wouldnt recommend.

I live in a rural community, they are always happy to redeliver if I have missed them instead of us going out of our way. Drivers are quite friendly as well!

Why did I pay you to not leave my package on my porch? Why do I have to drive 40 minutes to pick it up when I paid for it to be LEFT ON MY PORCH. Give me my money back.

I live 2 blocks from a Purolator store and when I miss the package then take it to a pick up store12 blocks away.Why wouldn't they take to my closest location.

Will never use this service again I paid 80.71 to ship pictures for a celebration of life 1 day service that was 5 days ago they did not get there No refund just excuses, I have no words for how heartbroken I am
