Dropped off my car because it wouldn't start let the mechanic know this. Mechanic changed my tires & battery - one month later and my car stalled while driving and would not start up again. Was willing to bring it back to the shop thinking maybe someone else could look at it but the person just referred me to one of his friends. Realizing now that the mechanic did NOT inspect my car. Do not recommend.

The reviews were great, but when I showed up for the 8 am appointment I had made a week prior I was told they were backed up and my car couldn't be seen for at least an hour. They may be the best shop in Durham, but I'll never know...

On my way home between xmas and New year I got a tire puncture on the 401. They took me in right away, sourced a replacement tire and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Friendly, honest and great service. Definitely recommend!

Grateful my brother recommended Spencer's garage to me for repairs on my Nissan Rogue. There was more work to be done than I had anticipated.I had to leave my vehicle for extensive repairs. I was going to cab it home and Rick offered me a lift.The repairs were completed in an efficient and timely manner.A true example of amazing customer service!Rick and his team are great and I couldn't be happier with the awesome service I received!

I have been going to Spencer's Garage for about 7 years now. Before then, I used to go to Canadian Tire or the dealership, both of which were very expensive. I find the service and pricing great at Spencer's. In fact, one time I had gotten an estimate for work from Canadian Tire and I went to Spencer's instead and spent just over half as much as I would have at Canadian Tire. The only problem I have with Spencer's is that they're not open on the weekend. But everyone needs time off, so I get it.
