Great selection, even greater employees.

New (ish) female employee with dark hair really needs to work on her customer service. I enjoy driving the extra 5 min for the employees however, she really should say Hi, fake a smile, and when I ask simple questions more than a “yes” or “no” answer. Not the first time this has happened. We all have bad days, but this has been the norm for her at least on 7 occasions.
It’s too bad. Every other employee is personable, knowledgeable, friendly and looks like they want to be there.

Friendly staff, and they suggested products based on my likes and dislikes. Also taught me a few things about their newer products, which was very helpful.

I was very disappointed today. 1st time they didn't have my wine in the fridge. I have been going there for many years. I know all the sales people by name. If it happens again I won't go back there. I can get hot wine anywhere. Domaine d ir superior.. i am as important as anyone else. I was told my wine was not important. 25+ years I have been going there.

Excellent customer service, no matter the employee on shift! Perhaps a little small (the physical size of the store), however what is lacking in square footage, gets made up by their willingness to both serve AND protect you from Covid! Keep it up!
