I had a wonderful experience at this location, and with the groomer Keden. Our pup came home looking absolutely fabulous, with a coat so shiny and soft, it was like they'd just stepped out of a commercial. Add to that the fact that Keden himself is just such a friendly and informative person. The other staff were great too, and the whole experience was an absolute joy. I can honestly say, without hesitation, that I would give 11 stars out of 5 if I could. A must-visit for any pet parent!

Great store! However, I do feel like there are not as many options for cats as there are for dogs. It feels like half the store caters only to dogs, and all other animals are an afterthought. Otherwise, they offer great services for dog grooming and babysitting. It's well located and wheelchair accessible. The staff are very sweet. They are a little expensive compared to online pet markets, but the convenience is being able to get what you need right away. I recommend this pet shop for reputable and reliable products.

I called this Petsmart location looking for a specific product to see if it was in stock. I was speaking to a woman named Terry. She was extremely unhelpful and rude. When I asked if the product was in stock, I heard her ask her colleague if they carry it and then she came back to me and said that her colleague “thinks” there are alot in stock. As the item I was looking for was Halloween related, I was skeptical that there were “alot” still in stock so I asked if it was possible to have someone confirm for certain that there were a lot of the product (since I was told they can’t put one aside). She very gruffly said “no we don’t have time to check product stock today”. I would think that as a business, they would want to attract paying customers. As they could not confirm if the product was in stock for certain, I will not be driving to the store to make the purchase. Very poor customer service.

I don't understand how all these pet stores sell Yogurt Snacks in the bunny isle. Yogurt will literally rot in their intestine and they will die. And most bunny owners are clueless.

The service was terrible today. I went to get my dog’s nails trimmed, but they refused because I didn’t have proof of her rabies vaccine, even though she’s fully vaccinated. I called ahead yesterday, and no one mentioned that I needed to bring proof. I drove all the way from Aylmer to the Gloucester location for nothing. I’ll never go back to that store!

Went to Petsmart for some cat litter. Almost left with another cat! The animals up for adoption have been groomed to look so nice, it's hard not to take one home!

It's my one-stop shop for all my pet needs. Apparently for actual pets too. Shop smart, shop PetSmart. ( not an ad, but a nod to Evil Dead for you cool people out there )

Management doesn’t know how to do basic maths. Taking 10% one product and then 10% on another product doesn’t mean you’re getting 20% off the total. You’re getting 10% off the total. The location is in need of someone who passed their math courses. Bad customer service, save yourself and shop online instead.

The hotel is not as advertised. The staff is pretty unprofessional and they don’t know how to handle the dogs. Kind of disappointed with my experience at this location.

I had a great experience with James last week. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me with my purchase. Jessica was also great at the cash. I always get treated amazing at this Petsmart and that is why I keep coming back!!
