So helpful, and so nice. They replaced the broken clasp on my silver necklace, finding the perfect replacement, and free of charge! Including even soldering where the O-ring had come apart. And then they cleaned the chain and pendant too! I hadn’t been there in a while, and their jewelryis so incredibly beautiful and creative. I’ll be back!

Brought in my heirloom rings for a new shank and stone and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Laurie was super helpful as always and took great care of my rings! They have a great selection at this location, I highly recommend paying them a visit!

I cannot recommend Magpie enough! The Glebe location in particular is wonderful! Staff go above and beyond to provide top-notch service and the store itself has a wide selection of beautiful pieces. I have been shopping at Magpie for years and have wonderful memories of shopping there when trying to find something for a special occasion or when trying to find a special gift. My sister and I stopped by The Glebe location this afternoon, and were served by Aislian. She was amazing! So incredibly kind and helpful and had so much knowledge of all the pieces we were looking at. I truly believe that she provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. She was very patient as I looked through the pieces and provided recommendations on chain length and styles. My sister and I had been planning a Magpie outing for a few months, and we had a such a special time. Thank you Aislian and Magpie!

I have shopped at magpie for years and always get the most unique pieces that I love! Recently I got a few permanent bracelets from magpie and can’t say enough good things about them. So quick to respond to any questions, very helpful when choosing a chain and knowledgeable and overall a pleasant experience! We came in to get a ring for my wedding... which was only 4 days away! They were able to get exactly what I wanted, track it to another location, and resize it to be ready that day! All the ladies there were extremely helpful, and at the other location as well.

What great service at Magpie! I was in a bit of a bind as I had been unable to remove my wedding and engagement rings due to 16 years of growth since getting married ?, and was well due for some resizing, had been postponing this but due to an upcoming MRI with little notice, I wanted to be as safe as possible and have them removed.
When I called, the lovely lady on the phone made a quick call to their goldsmith to see if he could meet me at the store to free my finger. The experience was so quick and absolutely pain free...we laughed the whole time there. Dennis was wonderful to work with and the girls were so helpful.
Looking forward to going back in to get sized and have my rings resized. I know they'll be in the best of hands.

Just had a custom anklet done here - it is so cute and the service was out of this world amazing! The sales person had the loveliest disposition. The jeweller, Sepideh, incorporated a bead from another anklet I had and that was falling apart into my new anklet by breaking the chain, placing the bead, and welding the chain back together. It’s so beautiful and one of a kind, and a lovely way to keep the memory of my original anklet. Thank you so much, Sepideh!

My girlfriend and I came in to get her bracelet size adjusted, and the service was great! We only had to wait about 5 minutes, during which we were looking at jewellery and got our ring sizes. Nora did a great job with the bracelet and it only took about 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend this location and we would definitely come back!

OMG..Big shout out to NORA at Bank St store...she saved me!!..my beautiful Butterfly ring was broken by a sweet dog...this Butterfly ring has tremendous meaning right now in my life because I turned into a butterfly from being a cocoon...if you know me, you would know my life right now..she mended it back to it's ORIGINAL state that I thought was not possible..how she did it, I do not know..I will be forever GRATEFUL...on top of this, the store did not charge me..I almost fell over..there are truly good people in this world and they work at MAGPIE...thank you for helping me to continue to be a Butterfly...

Nora was extremely helpful when we came in to try to find a necklace and earrings combination that worked together for a friend’s birthday. She was very attentive and showed us some great matches, one of which we ended up going with! Our friend ended up loving them, thank you!
