This Rona need to improve customer service. We we’re waiting for someone to make a key copy, the clerk walked around, nobody stopped to provide services. The keys copy was too dated, using hand and eye to select the key, then it doesn’t work after we used it and have to return.

Waiting for about 45 minutes right now to pick up my web order. The process is incredibly inefficient and there are clearly not enough staff working the customer service desk.

Happy with my help today on my purchase but definitely seeing a pattern of the prices being higher at the checkout than in the aisles. Today it was only $2 over 5 pieces of wood so didn’t bother saying anything. But it’s happened before. They are quick enough to fix it, but it really shouldn’t be up to me to catch that kind of thing.

Bought a cabinet light, within an hour after plugging it in, it started flickering, so returned it. I forgot the receipt at home, so the store offered me a gift card, which I accepted. This was a mistake. I wanted to use it to buy a replacement online. Can't figure out how to use the gift card in the payment field, so I went in store to ask for help. They can't take it to buy an online item, instead they tell me I have to phone customer service. So I phoned customer service, they tell me I have to go in to the store. Frustrating. Apparently the giftcard is not usable to buy anything online. If I had known that in the first place, I wouldn't have accepted the gift card, I would have gone home to get the receipt, but I wasn't told that.And to top it off, I ordered the replacement online WITHOUT using the giftcard, so just taking the loss on this useless gift card. After two days, I got a notification "At your request, one or several products of your online order No. XXX have been cancelled.". I did NOT request to cancel anything, this is a lie.Super frustrated about this purchase.
