Gene and his team not only were honest and caring, but also diagnosed an issue with my car that another mechanic couldn't. He has far and beyond the cleanest waiting area and shop I've ever seen. If you have a European car, EMW is the place to go in Ottawa incredible service. I've found my new go to shop for all service needs for my Golf GTI.

Gene is a straight shooter and runs a very professional and thorough shop. We had a persistent issue with the AC that the dealership couldn't figure out for 2 years (while under warranty), Gene and his tech got to the bottom of the issue and even advised us on how to reach out to VW Canada and request their participation.

This Audi-specialist shop tucked away between Carling and the Queensway provides really superior service. The owner, Gene, is friendly and listens to what you need. One of the most important things about the place that you take your car for repair and maintenance is that you trust them. I definitely do. I also like that he's adopted new technology for sending quotes for work to be done, and letting you know when the car is ready, all through smartphone. Saves a lot of phone tag. Excellent business, highly recommended.

Gene and his team are the best. It took me five years to find an honest, competent, customer-oriented garage for my older VW. They've provided prompt and courteous service at a fair price even with unscheduled emergency repairs. I can't recommend them highly enough. Deb B.

Solid shop that keep to their schedules, inform their clients of what is going on and do great work. Fairly central as well which makes it great to walk or bike for drop off or pick up.
