WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE FOR 3 DAYS AFTER I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FFOR IT TO BE HELD FOR ME TO PICK UP. BUT THEY KEEP GIVING TO THE DRIVER WITH MY APPROVAL. DISGUSTING WORK

my package was delayed from the third of April and was supposed to be able for me to pick today after a whole week and they said to me that the delivery truck has my package when I specifically chose the pick up option. I went to the DHL location twice in one day explaining the urgency of this package and I was basically told to go back home and wait tomorrow. Disgusting and terrible service.

DHL keeps DISAPPOINTING me every time I have a package that needs to be delivered by them. Either the package is lost, or they delivered to the wrong address, or it does not deliver on the scheduled date, always late! Really I am disappointed every day!!! I have a package that I was supposed to receive since Thursday 03/28/2024 but today is Saturday I still have not received my package. We need to review your services because they are really not interesting, they don't even deserve 1 star!THANKS

I’ve just left the DHL on Gladwin where I waiting at the front ship desk for 15 minutes, and could hear the man who served me chatting and laughing in the back. I always have the worst service here.

I would give a zero rating if I could. The female attendant was very rude and not helpful. All I wanted to do was to send documents internationally. I don't appreciate such a severely inadequate customer service. I will not return to this location. Instead, I sent the documents via Canada Post.

Online and in person says it closes at 8pm. Got there at 7:25pm and the doors were locked. Employee said they were close. But on door said they closed at 8pm. Very disappointing.

I ordered a product from Japan on Amazon. The trip went well, but was held up by DHL in the US for a couple of days until I proactively contacted them and was told that they needed to verify my personal information before releasing the shipment.When the courier arrived in Ottawa, I set up a DHL outlet near my home to pick up the item, but eventually DHL informed me that I would have to drive 40 minutes to DHL HQ to pick up the item, and I drove there only to be told that the item had already been shipped to the location that I had initially set up. It was an hour and a half round trip, wasting a lot of time and automobile fuel. Compared to Japan, DHL's service in North America is at a third world level.

Came here to pick up my package tonight for the first time. The place is a little confusing to find especially at night, you have to drive all the way into the back to find the service centre entrance. (Look for the entrance in the photo when you drive out back!)Service is meh… the person at the counter wasn’t too friendly, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Got what I came for & left.
