Another level of rudeness.
Ignored what i said.
Keep tried to show me 'who's the boss here'.
Refused to help me when I asked for help.
She even dropped the mail box on the air to the table when I asked her a question!
I've seen a rapper 'drop the mike' from youtube video, but I've never seen drop the mail box to the table in front of me!
Absolutely rude!

Incredibly rude and not helpful. Worst Canada Post I’ve been to in Ottawa. The owners do not give clear instructions and take forever to attend people. One of them even asked me “if I had ever mailed something” because I had a typo.

I own a company and needed to drop off a few expedited packages apparently his scanner wasn't working and didn't wanna do more to help never had this before, how hard is it to just enter the number everything is already paid for. This place is too suspicious do NOT GO HERE

The amount of one star reviews has been earned and is merited.
The couple that work at this place are absolutely miserable and it shows. Rude, very combative for no reason, either kinda dumb or vicious and are absolutely not there to give good costumer service ?

Don’t go here. They seem to argue with you and make it difficult. I couldn’t get a package because I had a heath card and not a drivers license even though both have my address listed. She just said nope and wouldn’t listen.

Do not go to this location. Walk a few extra minutes to the location in the Shoppers on Bank.Mom and pop type Canada post. Usually we pay for our shipping labels online and print at home, but our printer broke. We asked this location if they could print it out, they said it would cost $2 more. We pointed to the Canada Post website saying that any location could print it for free, they argued for a long time (even amongst themselves) and in the end wouldn’t budge. We finally agreed to pay to print the label, and then they tried to get us to sign on the label because they thought it was necessary for customs, but we’ve sent hundreds of items without signing the shipping label, and when we searched it up afterwards we were right.I’m pretty sure Canada post locations don’t normally charge to use things like tape or printing for labels already paid for. Just a level of stinginess I don’t want to ever deal with.

Awful!! Paid for express 2-day delivery and it was sent in regular mail! Now I will lose $100 as ICBC keeps charging you for insurance until they receive the plates in the mail. The extra money I paid for express also went down the drain.

Awful service. I ship items very often to famille back home and went there knowing exactly what I wanted and they kept trying to convince me to upgrade when I clearly was telling them no. Wasted so much of my time and the lady serving me was not even nice nor respectful. They’ll never get my business again.
