I recently visited this auto shop and had a mixed experience. Wissam, the mechanic, was exceptional—honest, friendly, and thorough in explaining everything. However, the owner lacks professionalism and effective communication skills. I highly recommend Wissam for any mechanical work but suggest avoiding the owner for a better experience.

I drove by and booked an appointment for a couple days later. The owner was straight-up and honest. I'll be back!

Worst place to get a safety inspection, they will even find out problems that have nothing to do with safety and wont give the safety certificate. And they still charge $40, complete scam. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
Owners behaviour is beyond rude.
For reference the car passed safety from ford dealership but these guys won’t pass it cause they need the $40 without responsibility

Despicable service, this guy spat in a client's face and was agressive because he was being questioned about his services. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, especially if you are a woman. He also is now trying to retaliate by putting bad reviews on other people's businesses that was involved in this matter. You should be ashamed of yourself

Worse garage ever in Ottawa area, the owner spat in the face of customer and insulting them and willing to fight the women just because the customer calling out for his bad temper and his bad mechanic works on her car….

I honestly think this is one of the few garages that has good knowledge and won’t charge you an arm and a leg . Very reasonably priced and fair. Kassim will go out off his way to get you back on the road.
