Car repair after an accident . Staff were very attentive and willing to assist . Very responsive . Kept me informed on a regular basis of the status of my vehicle. Very personable. Monique, Dylan and Jonah treated me extremely well. Very polite and friendly. Did a great job. Handled my follow up observations of minor things quickly professionally. Would refer/recommend future business to them .

I was sent to this shop for repairs following an accident. They were phenomenal to work with. Great communication, very responsive and clear on what is happening. They directly dealt with the claim through my insurance, however, they answered any and every question I had during the process. I was speaking with Dylan and Monique mostly, they were knowledgeable, polite and patient. Everyone in the office that I interacted with was very pleasant.
For future body work, this is the first place that I will think of and will recommend. It truly was hassle free. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

On July 3rd, 2024 I took my silver 2017 Mercedes C300 into Frank and Guy Assured Automotive to have my cracked bumper repaired after I was rear-ended waiting to enter the traffic circle on Jean D’Arc and St. Joseph. I was a little reluctant and uncertain as to whether I should have the bumper repaired at all since I thought maybe the paint of the repaired bumper would not match the rest of the car, however the work performed was impeccable. The bumper looks like it just came out of the factory, the work was done within two days, I received status updates during the process, and they even washed and cleaned the car both outside and inside. Altogether an excellent job and I would highly recommend Assured Automotive for any future body work.

Again...we have been unlucky with accidents...my experience with Frank and Guy started in 1990 and even though there has been many changes since then including the purchase from Assured, I have always been satisfied and never disappointed from the service and quality of repairs demonstrated at this shop. It's still a five stars for me after all these years. Thanks to Monique and the crew for a great job.

Had my mom mobile «dodge grand caravan» bumper fixed through my insurance. Sent me to the Youville location. Everybody was quite helpful, knowledgeable and were very much detail oriented!!! I was also served in French!!!

I cannot believe the poor work this garage did after seeing the repairs they did. An elderly lady, who is a friend, went to this garage as recommended by her insurance company. They replace a front fender and repainted it. The new fender they installed, which was after market, it does not aligned properly with the door and the hood (huge gap). Its so obvious that a 5 years old could see this... it looks awful especially on a 2 years old car. She returned to this establishment only to be told ** its what you get when using after market parts and she is not the only one who had this issue**. Rest assured I would never go there...Manager will not address this issue who made it very clear they use the cheapest after market parts but, sure enough their estimate is extremely high...Disgraceful and unprofessional. Update: Second attempt to align the fender which was mandated by the insurance company, they now broke the windshield trying to remove a bolt...
