So I brought my bmw here, after a warning light came on. I just got this 2011 in July. I took it to one place then and it cost me a lot! So I decided to try a new place and found Tomlin Knight. The cost was quoted to me and when I picked up my car, the cost was REDUCED by 30% (about) because they reviewed the bill and realized they didn't do one service. It was pretty awesome that they did that, because I honestly would not have known the difference. AND THEN, the next day I get a text asking me if everything was good with the car. I am very impressed and recommend this shop to you.

I'm so happy that I found this place for my 1998 VW Beetle TDI. My car was ready sooner than promised and also a bit cheaper. Would highly recommend this garage and their great service. My Beetle will definitely be serviced there in future. Thank you so much Tomlin Knight!

AAA contracted with these guys to tow my van. First driver refused to try towing due to the parking lot size and called a second guy. Second guy took hours to respond and then closed the ticket and was a no-show. This took more than four hours and left me high and dry in the Dulles airport parking lot on a mid-90s afternoon. They never did bother calling.
NOTE: This does not apply to the repair shop located in Toronto. The people who left me high-and-dry are in Virginia, USA. I wish nothing but the best to the Canadian shop and hope that google disentangles their reviews from the... other place.

Apologies for the late review.
In early JUne we were coming home to Toronto. Just east of Oshawa, our car started to make noises. CAA recommended Tomlin. We arrived, the car was look at right away, the problem was solved in minutes and explained to us. We were told, no charge, a small service. How wonderful these people are !
We have never experienced such fantastic service!

I'm a big fan of Tomlin Knight Auto. I have been going here for just about all of my vehicle needs over the past three years. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are always fair. Mike and Chris are great - they went above and beyond recently to help me out in a tight spot without an appointment. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend this place.

I was just there, and they were very efficient in making the experience of having a vehicle that was in great need of repair. Bmws are tricky, but they were able to get the job done and in good time. I have had work done prior, and all has been a success. The price, well cars are a money pit but a must have and there reasonable. ?

Just want to give a Shout out to Chris Knight at Tomlin Knight Auto for being a good guy and fixing my Porsche. I bought the car from a used car dealer in Concorde and there were some issues that needed fixing. The dealer was stuggling to find a shop that could do the work properly on Porsches. He agreed to let Tomlin Knight look at the car and they wound up doing all of the repairs and the car is running perfect now. Chris was very patient and professional throughout the whole process and they will be the only shop that works on my Porsche going forward. Kudos to Chris

After waiting 22 HOURS! NO ONE SHOWED UP! made repeated calls. Put in the request at 4pm the day before and got a call at 6 saying there would be there by 10pm to pick me up (6 hours.) I get a call at 12:30 in the night saying it will be another 2 hours. Well now it is the next day, 22 hours later and my car is still sitting in the exact same spot. When I call they say they will get management. Never got a call from managememt either.
