Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and provide good advice and instructions. Pricing is ok and they have good deals.

The manager at the Oshawa store does NOT honor the prices advertised on the Flipp app! I'm beyond angry, manager named Ross was extremely rude to me. I will be changing pharmacies, no excuse for that at all??

I was at this location a few weeks ago and was helped by a young lady named Rosie. She was so kind and took her time explaining to me how to find something in the BeWell app (which is new to me). All the staff at this store have been exceptional, but Rosie went the extra mile and I wanted the store manager to know :)

Pharmacy needs to do better with transgender folks. The assistant dude needs serious training. The pharmacist herself attempted a vague apology for his actions, but that does not fix the fact that this is not an inclusive place.

Not award winning service.I had just received a Christmas gift that, while lovely, is not needed. My grandmother purchased this in Etobicoke, I live in Oshawa. Considering the 30 day refund policy (which I am still good for) is pretty clear on the website, plus ensuring this would be a non-issue to return as it's a nail polish set, I visited this location to return today.At first, either the MOD or other, (4:30 p.m) as she is the only one on site with the credentials to refund - said she was not sure if she sold it. The associate working at the time confirmed they did, it was a Christmas gift item and that they had sold out. While commendable the memory the associate had, the MOD still refused the refund with and I quote:1. Christmas is done.2. She is not sure they ever carried it.3. I would need to drive back to Etobicoke in order to have a refund because:A) it's not something she can sell now (not sure why) andB) not all Rexall get the same products; which was just disproven by the associate.She never even tried the register to see if her pos would take it back.Plain and simple, she did not want to refund the product.None of the above is in line with Rexall's return policy. The genuine unwillingness to find a solution is disappointing. I made sure I called HO prior to coming to this location to ensure this would be a smooth transaction (due to distance) as driving an hr plus to the original store is not a realistic option.Suffice to say, I was not a frequent shopper of Rexall to begin with and I will take my business solely elsewhere.In an age where brick and motor stores need to excel at maintaining customers, this was not the greatest attempt at such.

They never answer their phones. I'd like to be able to call and know if my stuffs there before I leave and have it not even there.

Turned away by their postal outlets FOR FOLLOWING instructions by Service Ontario in regards to the form which they said I can use as temporary ID until the replacement shows. I explained I was following what was mentioned by SERVICE ONTARIO, the lady argued with me before turning me away. I will not use this location again as they have forgotten that the Costumer is Always right.

Visited the pharmacy today during their closing hours. The lady at the pharmacy counter was very helpful and friendly. She explained to us about the medication and also checked our insurance to let us know whether the medicine was covered. Will definitely visit this pharmacy when need arises
