My last review was made wrong and I was in such a hurry so pharmacist didn’t here from me because I left fast and never grabbed my phone it has always been my responsibility to get my medication on the hours of operation. Parkwood is my number one choice they care about all of their customers in a very professional way. I highly recommend them. They are great.

This pharmacy is the best around .I will never go to any other pharmacy but this one..the staff in there show you respect ? and treats you like a human and show you they care been going there for years...even BILL the owner and sons really are the BEST !!!!!!!

The most personable staff I have ever encountered in a Pharmacy setting!! They remember My Name and dose on a daily basis as well as remind Me of My next appointment day with the Doc!! Armand (I hope I spelled his name right) the pharmacist and owner is an absolute pleasure to be working with on My road to recovery!! Not to mention He is an amazing Human being too!! Thank You Parkwood staff for Your ongoing support!! GO LEAFS GO!!

This Pharmacy is unlike any other business we have ever dealt with in our lives. The people who work there treat you just like family and are just as special to us. No matter how many other ppl they are helping or things they are working on, and whether you’re in person or on the phone, they go above and beyond every single time to hear you and help you with whatever you need.
Yesterday My husband’s work switched benefit providers and we have no choice but to go with the new online service provider in order to get full coverage. Either that or we can stay where we are and have only a portion be covered. We don’t make much money but we are doing everything in our power to go back to Parkwood. They are that special to us and we would rather pay a bit of money to support their business & stay with them 1000% than have to leave to go elsewhere.
I guarantee you will find no other business like this one, and you should there and see exactly what we’re talking about!!!
Thank you to every single person who runs & works there. We only trust you guys and we would never ever leave by choice. Going there never feels like just another errand to check off our list. We promise to be back very soon :)

Parkwood has been my parents' pharmacy for over 3 decades. Bill, Markus, Arman, Nora and the rest of the staff provide excellent customer service, are very respectful and are committed to their clients. They have always shown kindness and compassion and professionalism to my parents. Top marks to all of them. Kudos and Blessings!!

Kind, courteous, helpful and one of the best pharmacys in oshawa in my opinion. The staff and the pharmacist are super helpful and will do everything they can too help you. Doesn't hurt that they also have very fair prices compared too other pharmacys.

Parkwood Pharmacy is almost a landmark in Oshawa. Serving Oshawa and the surrounding area for years out of the same location. It's an independently owned and operated pharmacy and the staff all get to know you well and are always greeting you by name (if you're a regular patient) making it feel more comfortable than big box pharmacy chains. You know what stores I'm referring to. Very knowledgeable and experienced what they do and will always help you with any questions about medications or interactions etc ...

I have been going to Parkwood pharmacy for the bast 10 years. Why? First and foremost. The staff. They are ALWAYS friendly and I feel I've built friendships with them. So professional but at the same time, they are always willing to listen to you if you are having a bad day. You don't find this kind of rapport, or at least I haven't, at any other pharmacy. The actual pharmacists go above and beyond to help you. Recently the full time pharmacist moved on, somewhere closer to home. But the amount of people that were shocked and a little sad that he left speaks volumes. However, now the new full-time pharmacist, who had worked periodically in Parkwood so people already knew him, and he is the perfect fit to replace the old one. So to him and the ladies who work behind the counter who are always pleasant, and you start a conversation with them, they have no problem talking to you about anything, I thank you all for being so helpful and friendly (even when I talk their ears off lol) and I enjoy seeing you all every week. I couldn't ask for a better group of non judgemental wonderful human beings. Godbless you all

The staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable and they are in a convenient location (Living and working in Whitby/Oshawa).

Marcus, Armen, Bill and the girls! You have made our pharmacy trips something we look forward to. Warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and astute. These people have passion and caring for the work that they do. 10/10 recommend for these guys. You’re not just a number here, big corporate policies need not apply. You’re a human and they treat you as such. Switch your meds to Parkwood Pharmacy and you’ll know what I mean. Great work guys! Appreciate you all :)
