For close to 20 yrs Hani Kot & his efficient, smiling staff have done more than fill prescriptions for me.Knowledge & advice has improved my quality of life.Despite my G.P. moving O.H.C. pharmacy have my loyalty as a satisfied customer.5 stars well deserved.

Since 2004, I've been a customer of this pharmacy. My pharmacist, Hany Kot, and his team have consistently gone above and beyond what is expected. Even though my doctor is no longer at the clinic, and there are many pharmacies closer to my home in Courtice, my family will continue to rely on this pharmacy due to their consistent care for our best interests.

Very disrespectful customer service. Had a representative hang up on me and then zero feedback from the business owner. Another scam in town, no wonder all the doctors moved from the property. Bad representation.Even as this owner has responded to me. He or She has established things beyond my review which is why it is edited. Horrible, Horrible customer service with a convulated sense of establishment.

I only really like this clinic because my family Dr is there. You can't use the urgent care unless you're an actual patient and it should be for ANYONE that's sick and NEEDS help. Also I've been placed on hold for over 40 min and waiting sux. I do however have an AMAZING Dr. Dr Salhab is the best Dr ever.

Horrible hrs, they close whenever reguardless of the hrs they post, its just rediculous. Ill be getting my mothers perscription filled somewhere else from now on.

The small pharmacy that actually take a good care of you. There are amassing people and great level of service provided. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and care that this pharmacy offered. They do sort pills for older patients and deliver them, they have minimized the waiting times and always explain all details very carefully. So different very positive experience from many other places. They do communicate with your doctor to confirm details and to make sure all is correct in your prescription.And yes now more than a year after they still AWESOME !!!!

Dangerous. One of the girls put the wrong pills in my medication bottles on two separate occasions. I was shocked to see the same girl working upon my next visit. Instead, the girl who would be considered less attractive was fired (she was friendly and very helpful). They also refused to give me my seizure medication more than once. The pharmacist is helpful and he is knowledgeable, but that’s the only good thing I can say. PLEASE do NOT send any loved ones to this pharmacy. They may get incorrect medication or face similar difficulties. Just go to Shoppers Drug Mart.
