Rude and dishonest business, don’t buy online!
Warning to anybody ordering online, DO NOT trust the free shipping code. It’s worthless and not actually free shipping. It’s ‘worth’ 19.99, less than their flat rate shipping ($25).
I got a call from a somewhat rude man, after placing an order for a walking staff, and was told it would cost an additional $27 for the shipping (more than the flat rate). Because the shipping would cost them something a little over $50. Their website don’t mention anything in the product description about possible additional shipping fees due to the size of the walking stick. Or anything during the ordering process, nothing when you put in a free shipping code about it being discounted (not free) and nothing beforehand about some larger items may incur additional charges. Hidden deep in the terms and condition it poorly explains their idea of ‘free’ shipping.
So buyer beware if you’re ordering online there’s these people are dishonest!

After three and a half months of waiting for a product I ordered I ended up canceling my order only giving 2 stars because they did refund my money and the sales department returned my emails. The in-store experience may be different but the mail order experience was less than ideal do to their inability to complete the transaction.

Don’t trust this company especially ordering online. I ordered something and 10 minutes later attempted to cancel order and they claimed they couldn’t as the warehouse had already processed the order. Then I discovered their return policy and they don’t refund any online orders, that’s why they wouldn’t cancel my order as it’s not refundable. Dishonest company. Then advise me it will take a month to receive my items. Don’t trust this company , I’m in the process of filing a complaint t with visa and the business bureau for this bad business practices… BUYER BEWARE !

Sad to see this shop is still awful. Order a 249 box mag from them once that had to be shipped from their "warehouse". I called after a few weeks and was told they were waiting to bundle a bulk order so I threatened a refund and what do you know, they had it shipped pretty quick after that. Also went in once with some female friends and the counter guy wouldn't stop talking to one of them while I was clearly waiting to cash out. Had to tell them I'd go somewhere else before I got served. Awful store, Jeff is the biggest liar and they're well known in the community to STAY AWAY
