All I have to say is that as soon as I walked into their store, they greeted me with the best customer service. They were smiling and made me feel welcomed. The worker was also super sweet and helpful. They just left such a good impression when I left the store.

I recently visited this pharmacy for some compounding medication, this was my first time as I have been getting the meds from another pharmacy in Whitby. I must say the staff at Customer care is absolutely phenomenal in assisting the customers. I had a lot of queries about the medication, insurance, etc and they patiently answered them all, I did not feel rushed even for a second. the staff is extremely helpful, polite and genuinely likes to assist. I wish the big names in pharmacy were half as good!

Disappointed they agreed to be a drop off location for Amazon but won't take the packages back as stated by Amazon. Directions state I don't need to print or box my package. They refused to take it back without a box. It was in its own package but not a sealed box as per instructions. Had to go out of my way yo another location.

Highly recommend this pharmacy not only are they extremely fast and efficient but they are also super knowledgeable and make the experience quite literally painless! Will definitely be coming here for any of my future needs. (Also the most gentle vaccine I've EVER received, absolutely amazing experience for something that's typically a nuisance)
