Yeah it’s cheaper full fee, but the amount of time you spend trying to get a hold of someone here I would rather pay the extra couple bucks somewhere else.After my daughter’s prescription, and mine run out; I will be finding someone else to go to.

I was picking up a script the other day. I want to pay $65+ for it. After paying Gail asked me if that is what I normally pay and I said I don't know. She said it seemed high to her so she went and checked with the pharmacist. I have a card that gets me the brand name Crestor at the generic price. The price was $17+, so she refunded the 65+ and charged the 17+. All 5 stars are for Gail.

I just switched from Walmart as I was told Costco was cheaper. Some times you get what you pay for. We have had to call back several times just to put in our prescription as we have been hung up on several different times calling in just trying to get a live person. When they answer they are unpleasant to say the least and every time we go there is a long line long wait. I was asked if I wanted to sign up for text when ready because they couldn't give me any estimated time of when the prescription would be ready. Its not a mixing prescription just pill count and put a label on it and I was not in any rush... 5-10 hours would be good but they couldn't say. I'm not sure if the text option works as a man ahead of me one day got the text, waited in a long line and when he got to the counter they said they didn't send the text and the prescription was not ready and that was all he went there for. I've lasted about 2 months but I am switching back, maybe I got to use to good service but I cant continue here.

Front staff is needlessly rude. They always have a long line and limited staff to serve. Waited for over an hour to receive a scheduled covid vaccine because they don't check times and took other people with later times first.

I have to agree with a previous poster.Gail is wonderful.Lines are sometimes there sometimes not, just like say Shoppers Drug Mart, but cheaper disp. fees.

So the staff tells me it’s illegal in Canada to send prescription by email. You can only carry the prescription in person. Lol. A bunch of jokers run this place it seems.

I was having a very stressful experience being unable to get needed medication from another pharmacy, who had my prescription and refused to answer their phone (and when I tried to go there in person, I was told to come back in a couple days. This happened twice in a row).Frustrated and anxious, I called this Costco, and explained my situation. Despite them not having my prescription (and not being able to get it from the other phramacy either, since the other pharmacy was not answering their phone), the staff took a lot of time out of their busy day to do everything in their power to find a way to get me my medication on time.The only reason I switched to a different phramacy is because I moved to Toronto. I used this pharmacy regularly in the past, and this is now the second time the staff went above and beyond for me in such a way. So I wanted to leave a review to say thank you.

Staff is incompetent.Won’t refill your pills after a week, even tho you’re dangerously low.Don’t risk it if you depend on your meds.

We needed to transfer a prescription from our previous pharmacy that was needed immediately. Christina helped me over the phone and was incredibly helpful!

Used this pharmacy since it opened, but would no longer recommend. Did have decent service at a reasonable price. Was understanding of some issues related to Covid, but the service has gotten terrible. Difficult to get through on phone, lost prescriptions, lied to by staff, and general lack of caring and professionalism.
