I went to Kal Tire for an oil change last week, the staff are kind and friendly and even explained everything to me. They had noticed some issues with the engine and advised me to go to a shop to get it checked out, and even wrote down the issue they noticed for me. Would definitely recommend them.

Tried like heck to get those front tires off, but couldn’t do it. Kal tires stepped up and took care of me. One happy customer.

Very nice staff there and the shop is huge to provide full service. They have mobile service and I had them come save my trailer tire once. Highly recommended

My daughter's tire was leaking slowly, I removed the wheel and called several Ottawa locations - all busy and couldn't help - decided to drive 35km to Osgoode - not only that they found the issue but - they did not want to send me back - they took it in as soon as they could and fixed it - I did some work while waiting (wi-fi, window view, receptacles, chairs, work table..). Also heard how they treated other customers and their technical suggestions.. I don't remember such a pleasant, competent and helpful crew - all in one place...Many thanks....

Be careful about what the mechanics say about additional service and repair your car needs. I bought new tires and had them installed by kal tire (which was all good) then they told me I needed new control arms which was quoted to be a $1,700 job. I went to Stagra for the repair (where I usually service my car and have never had an issue) and they told me my control arms are in great shape and no repair is needed. Stagra told me this was not the first occurrence, many people have come to Stagra “needing” repairs according to Kal tire even though nothing is wrong. I will not be back to kal tire

They made some mistakes but the customer service is excellent and they truly are good people. Definitely going back for my next tire swap. This place was great.

Able to easily book an appointment online to have winter tires put on. Guys at the front desk were friendly and professional. Car was ready in about 30 minutes. Very impressed with entire process. I will be back for sure.

This is one of the most unorganized Kal Tire locations we have been to. My husband ordered winter tires through them, order was placed & he was called later to set up an appt for tire swap. When he went there today, the staff was clueless about the order & informed him they don’t have the tires. They questioned him who called from the store for the appt & funnily it was the same guy asking questions! He took time off for the appt and it was a complete waste. I understand mistakes happen, but this isn’t the first time with this location. Earlier in the year we bought Pirelli tires for MB 350 and then too we had to go there 3 times to fulfill the appt. First time they couldn’t find the tires (again!), then they called next day saying they found the tires stashed somewhere. When we went they didn’t have the tool to work on the tires (it was all along in case we gave them). Finally third time they worked on it. After today, we are clearly going elsewhere for our tire needs.

Got my tires changed over here, and they are great! Very friendly manager at the front, and I love the ability to book the change, so we didn't have to wait the 3+ hours at walk-in shops. We will be back again!

Second attempt ...first time they broke my trailer brake control box wiresThis time had new tires ordered was on time for appointment but tires did not show up until an hour and half later .had to lend them a socket 21 mm to undo lug nutGot home and wheel weights fell off in my driveway so inspected the other ones and just gently touching it with finger made them fall off...I am discouraged at the lack of quality they put in their work and I got it on video . ordered tires for my wife's car but cancelling that first thing on Monday when they open .I am supposed to leave for work today which is 1200 km away (remote camp) and now have to find a tire shop open (it's Sunday) to re balance the tires so i can get to work . because it is unsafe to get on the road with unbalanced tires and causes premature wear on brand new tires like kal tire website saysOsgood location...stay away !
