Direct-Repair's quote was comparable with others I received but I chose them to repair our Genesis G80 for several reasons: (1) the quote was provided to me on the spot - no waiting, (2) the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, (3) their facilities were spotless and it was clear they had real passion for their work and (4) they were able to start the work right away. The car was done in the time promised and on budget and the work exceptional - the car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The car was cleaned inside and out before being returned. It was a great experience and I will definitely return if I ever need any more work on our cars. Thanks again!”

“Brought my RX350 bumper here. Phil spent some time with me comparing paint samples and explaining to me my options. With my paint being a 3 stage pearl I knew I was taking a chance not blending but the color match turned out great. 10/10 would recomend.”

(If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!)I got into a car accident mid December 2023 and proceeded to use one of the recommended auto body shops by my insurance, and they had the car for 2 weeks only to tell me they couldn't complete the appraisal.I was then recommended to Ryding Auto Body by Genesis Yorkdale, and appraisal was completed so quick! The only delays were receiving the actual parts needed to fix my car.I just got my car back today and it came back as if I just bought the car brand new off the lot!! I also got them to fix a dent on the rear driver side where it looks as if someone dented it by opening their door (Can't find before pictures of this but if I do, I will update my review)All in all, I am by far, absolutely, positively impressed by how beautiful my car was fixed and repaired by Ryding Auto Body! It was a pleasure to work with Mark, and he kept me updated on the status of my car. If anyone is looking for quality workmanship, Ryding Auto is your place!!On a side note, when I had dropped off my car after my accident, Mark immediately booked me an Uber home. The only thing is they're very busy, so make an appointment in advance, and expect that it's not going to be an in&out visit.”

“My girlfriend recently brought her 2016 Honda Civic here for A/C issues after being recommended to this place. 5 years her A/C was never working, and most shops did a poor job diagnosing it. Timor spent 30 minutes on the car and found the issue was the high pressure line had a pinhole crack in it that allowed it to never stay filled or properly circulate.
Honda themselves tried to have her replace the entire condenser over the issue for more than $3000 including labor. Timor got the part in 2 days and we had the a/c working again once we got it back into the shop.
