This is the first time I've been to this store in the area for 20 years. Mr. Taing did everything I needed to get done. For 3.5 years, I've been trying to get my jewelry fixed and nobody could do it. Hisservice was spectacular. The best of the best! If I could, I would give them 100 stars.

Avoid at all costs! This is not a fine jewellers. Mr. Taing cannot distinguish between an exquisite diamond or that of a cubic zirconia. We entered with a fine diamond that he questioned. He proceeded with a statement stating it was a fake! (We have a GIA certificate to prove it is not)! We left the establishment extremely disappointed.Upon arriving at another ‘fine jewellers’ we were greeted and assured by a geologist that the diamond was in actual fact a ‘real diamond’ ( no certificate of authenticity provided) at the time .The difference in knowledge and expertise was alarming.Mr. Taing should not be operational. Those that require real trust and knowledge should not go to this establishment.In these cases there should be a ‘minus one ‘ star option for feedback.

The Orlean staffs are initially welcoming and nice for a sale.Then suddenly become dishonest about a scratch that they caused resizing my new bracelet. The scratch could have been easily fix but proceeded to blame me and threatening to take me to court.I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them or trusting them with any repairs.

The worst experience ever.When you go there to buy jewelry - all is fantastic: they are polite, caring and kind. As soon as there's an issue with the product they sell - nightmare starts.Purchased an anklet for my wife less than two months ago from them (Italian gold, 18K). Now it has missing links, and completely broken. Just from wearing it on the ankle.Went back to Taing - they don't care at all. Told me it was her fault, that the anklet has stretched 1/2 inch and now they have to charge me for the repair. Nobody .mentioned at the time of purchase, that it was possible to happen. When I asked to upgrade the anklet to a stronger one and pay the difference - was told that they can only accept the broken anklet as scrap gold (mind you, it's only two months old and I paid full price for it). Told them this wasn't the right way to treat customers (I've been in sales my whole life btw) - they started screaming at me (especially the owner Mr. Taing and told me they have much more valued customers than me (???) and that I must leave and that they will sue me (???) for something (didn't get what for)To cut the long story short: never ever again will I go to this place or anywhere near it. Strongly recommend NOT TO DEAL with this company.Thanks for reading.

I paid for a simple claw repair and adjustment on an antique ring. The claw was catching on material ( a replacement claw was not the issue/necessary). I returned twice after the original repair and adjustment, with the same ring, with the same problem, with the same claw. *Expecting each time the claw was repaired and adjustmented. It was not and is still not*I specifically went to TAING FINE JEWLERS because of the reviews. **Poor goldsmith craftsmanship. Poor service.***I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TAING FINE JEWLERS in Orleans

My Spouse and I enjoy shopping at Taing Jewellers in Orleans.Mr and Mrs Taing always greet us with a warm welcome.I enjoy speaking with Mr Taing while my spouse shops in his store. We speak not only about jewelry items in his store but we have discussions about other subjects.Our daughter celebrated her birthday recently,50 wonderful day it was.Mr Taing made it his personal time to show us a set of diamond earrings that would suit the occasion.Thank you Mr Taing,Always a pleasure to shop at your store.RegardsRobert and Nicole Laurin

Walked in for a chain repair, walked around but was told rudely by employee to stand at certain spot, then sales person asked me what I wanted, I explained a chain repair which is written on website as something they due at the store, but was told $30 to repair the chain, which is very expensive for a on site repair, then I was told it would take a week to fix it because the repair person is only there once a week, which does not show on there website. What a waste of time. Never going back. Thanks for nothing.

Excellent service and fast!! I had a watch I needed sized for a work project and I was on a tight deadline. After explaining my situation to Mike, they accommodated me and had my watch ready in an hour!! Great work and the flexibility is so appreciated!

My, now fiancé, and I have been going to Taing orleans for almost 5 years now for various pieces of jewelry and have never never disappointed. I've gotten anniversary, birthday, and Christmas gifts from taings jeweler in orleans and they're all BEAUTIFUL. I just got engaged on Saturday and of course mt engagement ring came from Taing jewelers and it's the most beautiful ring I've ever seen. I know everyone will say that about their own ring, but really, this thing is gorgeous. Mr Taing always takes really good care of us, he's very kind, along with his entire staff. We've never had a bad experience at this location and we don't expect to buy jewelry anywhere else. I highly recommend this store to EVERYONE. There is something for everyone in here. 10/10 recommend. Great jewelery. Great staff. Great experience. All around:)Cassandra Borck
