Nick was instrumental in helping find exactly what I wanted. I had been looking for a pair of yellow gold channeled stud earrings for a couple years and his suggestion to purchase two single studs ended up saving me money and giving exactly what I had been looking for. I live them!!!

I went to the Michael Hill location at Place D’Orleans the other day to get my engagement ring fixed and my husband’s and I’s wedding bands cleaned and had an exceptional service! We were greeted by Bayan who is super friendly and gave us a great customer service experience.
Their manager Nick was also very knowledgeable and fixed my engagement ring on the spot which, I was very satisfied with. His exceptional knowledge and step by step process made me feel at ease. Again, he went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier.

I brought my exspencive watch to this business to get a battery replaced (not wanting to trust the average Jeweler to do the job as I should be). Awesome friendly customer service. The wonderful woman filled out the form to get it sent away to have a professional look at it. The receipt was very detailed, with a pic of my watch and other info like model and numbers on the watch and she asked me if I wanted to add any other info. They made my day. Blessings

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT MICHAEL HILL. CENTER STONE FELL OUT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES IN 4 YEARS. CHEAP COMPANY. CHEAP RINGSI've been married 4 years and my center stone has fallen off my diamond ring 3 times in 4 years. THREE TIMES. Immediately after my honeymoon my center stone disappeared. I hadn't even been married for 2 months and I already had to give my diamond ring back to this company to get the center stone replaced.After not having my ring for months it was finally returned to me, at that point I was pregnant and wore the ring 2 months before I couldn't anymore. This year, again this cheaply made $5000 diamond ring lost it's center stone yet again. I returned back to the store, I was met with disbelief that this happened by the manager, she said she's never seen this before (found out later this was a lie). It was replaced, and given back and I swear within months of the second replacement MY CENTER STONE DISAPPEARED AGAIN. I have never in my life heard of this happening ONE time. Let alone 3 times!!!! When I returned with my ring for the 3rd time, I asked if I could switch it for an entirely new ring since this one seems to be clearly faulty, well the same manager who "never had this happen before" said maybe after the 4th time they will replace the entire ring as that's what happened the last time she had this same situation happen. So apparently I'm not the only one this has happened to... and it's not just my ring design.At first I was impressed with Michael Hill's lifetime diamond warranty but having a ring from them for 4 years now and having to deal with their b******* I realize why they have this lifetime warranty.... it's because their rings are absolute garbage. The second time it happened I asked them to put extra prongs on it because I did not want to return again with a broken diamond ring, and let's also be clear the center stone was not the only stones to ever come off this ring. At least 2-3 small stones have come off as well, but not a big deal when they're less noticeable. They did not add 1 single extra prong because "it was fine the way it was." Well guess what, it most certainly WAS NOT and now that it's happened 3 times, now they're refusing to replace the center diamond. Claiming inspections should be done every 6 months or when their garbage ring falls apart they won't fix it. It's a nice way to get around having to fix your crappy rings and diamonds. Hide behind your policies and inspections when you know very well you should be fixing this ring and returning it to me in pristine condition. How is it that my lack of inspections were fine to replace my diamond in March but not in September?? The ring was in my possession for less than 6 months before your diamond fell out again.... i didn't even have a chance to come and get it inspected before it fell out again!!? So what exactly changed between getting my ring back and having the center stone fall out again? I'm confused. Why was it ok to fix the second time but now the 3rd time it isn't.. It's the same inspections you're looking at...The fact that you had the nerve to ask me for $2000 to replace the diamond that you cannot secure on adequately blows my mind. At this point every single prong has broken off yet you gave me a ring without adding more prongs like I asked and now you refuse to fix it once it's fallen off AGAIN. disgusting. If you think I'm spending another penny at your store, think again. I will never in my life shop at any Michael Hill again and I hope whoever is reading this decides to spend their hard earned money elsewhere because it really is not worth the money your gonna spend and the headache of having to deal with this repeatedly if it happens to you.The ring has been off my finger more than it's been on my finger these last 4 years and somehow it still fell apart 3 times!I'm waiting for your call Josh.Been a week and manager has yet to reach out.
