They seem to have problems with stock. Never have what we're looking for, especially twisted tea light. Staff/cashiers are always friendly.

Worst experience ever, I went to exchange my bottle after a party I did, and the manager literally refuse. I drove 2 hour from Montreal to Ottawa, I end up getting them change from another LCBO.

Hey, did you know you can return a bottle of wine to LCBO if you've tried it and don't like it?Well, you can. And the manager at this location was especially pleased to help us do so. She was VERY respectful to my wife throughout the exchange.So if you want to return a bottle of wine, and not be met with passive aggressive comments for exercising an option LCBO themselves offer to ensure customer satisfaction, come here!

So well maintained and always marked! Love the large vintages sections. Super friendly staff - I've never not had someone offer up help even when busy stocking shelves. And great stock. Would recommend this location over others in the area!
