Your employees are extremely rude and unhelpful to over the phone clients.
I called to ask a simple product question and they wouldn’t assist unless they collected personal information which was totally unnecessary!
We don’t wish to provide you our personal information to ask if you have a particular product in stock or not. What’s wrong with you?

We went in looking for an appliance package - even told the rep we knew exactly which ones we wanted and wanted to see if there was a package deal on it - his response was “we sell them online, you can check there” first off a little rude - but thanks we already checked online - secondly they offered to send someone over. No one came over. Then we walked over to see what phone plans there were available and there was no one there. They said they would send someone over - after 5min no one came. Very poor customer service - would give a 0 if I could, not the same as it used to be. The store also looked like a complete mess. If you’re shopping for appliance - or a phone plan - I’d recommend elsewhere

The store smelled of BO, and had very little in stock. I went in for a basic controller and they didn’t even have that.

This store is the worst place to get a phone from. Please if you are coming to get a new phone with any contract do avoid this place. The workers do not know how to do it also set me up with the wrong plan, I have only noticed it when I got home. I came back same day to return it and been sitting here for 2 H trying to return the phone I have bought. Worst customer service ever and need more training in selling contracted phones. Unprofessional.

Poor quality of service and welcome.
The opinion above I gave in 2021.
And I'm coming back to give another one in September 2024.
Very bad experience - I bought a laptop and returned them - the qualified representatives do not have the time and put you in the hands of incompetent and poorly trained representatives.
Employees make promises that they don't keep, it's very poorly managed, nothing is written, you have to wait for the employee to come back from vacation to ask them if they promised this or that thing. No structure. It's looking more and more like a garage sale. I strongly advise against it!

I asked for a laptop for my business, the sales representative checked that what I chose wasnt a back order. I trusted him and paid and I was told that I will receive the laptop with 3/4 days.
Guess what happened next? the laptop is a back order, BestBuy does not know when they can have it available, and Ive been waiting for 14days, so I am using my phone to access my business files. Thank you BestBuy for the unpleasant experience.
And I filed a complaint, but no one called from BadBuy. WOW!!

Was there yesterday walking home after going to the movie theater because I got a gift card for my to best buy I wanted to look at the price of consoles and as I was browsing no matter where in the store there was an employee following me in every aisles like I'm some sort of criminal might just use my gift card online instead of going to the store to be profiles due to my appearance

Store manager Kash is very rude and unknowledgeable. Tried to purchase a phone outright in mobile sector but always being lied to when it comes to stock not being in store for just being purchased without a contract. You are redirected to order online instead! Very unprofessional.

Store Manager Kash is very unknowledgeable and just handed me off to someone else and seemed like he didn’t want to deal with me or wanted to answer my questions because he didn’t know anything.
as the store manager you should have knowledge of all products very terrible experience.

I'm giving a shout out to Neda who went above and beyond getting me all I wanted, needed and more. She is very patient and knowledgeable. I always go to this store even if it isn't the closest to me, I find all the staff very kind and helpful.

My Mother has purchased a new dishwasher here. It's been delivered and now she is struggling to get this place to do the installation which is paid for, including removal of the unit it will replace. This company has poor coordination with contractors. Beware. It remains in her hallway about 5 minutes from this store 7 days after delivery. UPDATE. This store has kept telling my Mother that her ceiling in basement is solid and there is no shutoff and that basically it's her fault. So after two weeks she has delt with the store and several customer service calls and finally she canceled and they have come and picked up the dishwasher. Guess what is in the basement ceiling under the dishwasher pipes? An easy to open hanging ceiling panel with plumbing and shut off valve for the dishwasher. The best buy contractors have treated my Mom like an old woman who knows nothing. The contractors are idiots. The best buy customer service reps treated her the same way on the phone. Telling her she needs her ceiling ripped open to get at the pipes but there is the panel and the cut off valve right where you expect it to be. What a disrespectful company.

After picking up an online order in which I had to wait because the employee (who was very kind but was in training) needed a key from an employee, I looked at the PC peripherals and brought a mouse to the counter. I was told the price was $100 higher than the label, then they brought the manager out who told me some weird reasoning, that they could only honor their mistake price if it was the same product? But they would offer me a 10 dollar discount so I would be paying $90 more than advertised (so generous). Then he made me feel bad by saying an employee could find something more in my price range. Like huh?

Needs more staff in the phone department. Waited 30 mins and no service.
