After some issues with my old shop, I decided to try this place out, and I’m really glad I did. They’ve earned my trust after just two visits, thanks to their excellent customer service and attention to detail. When I needed new tires, they went over several options with me, explaining the differences clearly and with full transparency. I was impressed by their fair pricing—better than most places I’ve checked around town.
During one visit, I had an unexpected issue with a dead battery, and even though they were already working on another vehicle for me, they squeezed me in without hesitation. I had my kids with me, and they made sure I was back on the road quickly.
It’s nice to support a local business that genuinely cares about their customers and offers great value. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service, I highly recommend checking them out.

Had an exhaust flange leak that was getting worse day by day, called in to see if Steer and Stop could help and they were able to book us in for a few days later, dropped off morning of appointment and got a call an hour later that it was all fixed! Great workmanship and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Satisfying experience. John and the staff went above and beyond to help me with the car! The car has more issues than I thought and they helped me fixed all of them. They are very patient and transparent, they patiently explained what is wrong with my car as i don’t know much about it.

Matt and the guys went above and beyond when it came to getting my car in last minute, very quick, honest and detailed work done! Not to mention well priced for all of the things they fixed. Definitely my go-to shop in the area!

Great shop! Friendly people and quality work! My truck broke down in Orillia on a Thurs afternoon when I was 2 hours from home and cottage. The guys did a great job at a reasonable price and my truck was fixed by noon the next day.

This place is honestly the best place I have taken my vehicle. They have fixed my car multiple times and even managed to squeeze me in one day. I work out of town and only have one vehicle and they always seem to get the job done on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are grateful to John and Matt for fitting us in last minute to check out the noise in our F150, with a stethoscope no less! Diagnosis was bearings and pulley in the charging system. Repair and oil change was done on the spot and we were on our way east again, on our cross Canada tour from BC.A friend recommended them and we were so glad he did.Friendly, professional service at a reasonable cost.
