I had just had my brake lines replaced and set out on vacation. Unfortunately when I arrived in Orillia I found out that my brake fluid had leaked out.
Was recommended to go to Bolt auto. John and the other gentleman were awesome. They added brake fluid free of charge to make sure that it was my brake line. Although they couldn’t fix it as they were way too busy, they were so accommodating to my friend and myself. They even asked the service station next door if they could help.
They came across as knowing their stuff and very honest! Which is always lovely to find in a mechanic.

We found that we had to bring our vehicle back a few times for the same job for him to adjust or fix the issue. It also happened to a few other people I know and won't be back because of this. Had a new ac done, 2500.00$, then brought it home. Truck was leaking on the driveway, then when I brought it back the same day, he suggested that I was driving on the highway behind a dump truck and could have been from that, in fact I drove home in town and was never on the highway at all. Good job blaming the customer! Then, found the part was covered under warranty and then charged me again for labour on the job that I already paid once for, now twice. when it had nothing to do with me. They don't back up their work and overcharge, save your money, and go to a different place!!!

Would give 20 stars if I could.
John and Scott are honest, reliable and very knowledgeable.
I would recommend to anyone who needs a trustworthy mechanic.
They are my go to mechanics and have never let me down. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I made appointment for getting safety certificate week ago. I couldn't get safety certificate because of tiny crack on windshield, and I was not informed that I would be charged even without getting safety. Despite the fact that I didn't get safety, I still was charged $112, I just wasted money and time waiting there?
