The cashier was friendly on the express lane When she saw me scan the Scene card brochure to check the deals later, she notified me that they had the cards there. The place was well kept clean. It was a little busy as it was expected on a day before the holiday. Got what I needed without any complaints.

Rude older cashier "Patricia". Will not price match. Will not smile.
A woman in front of me was paying, so I went to move the divider . Patricia grabbed it out of my hand and placed it back down and glared at me. When the woman finished paying, Patricia then moved the divider. I asked her what her problem was, but I was ignored .
Another time, Patricia snapped at me because my phone was upside down, so she could not scan my scene card. Really?
I get it, some customers are rude and entitled. I was not. Her behaviour was not called for with me.
Each time, there was not a manager visible to address my concerns. I hope they see this .

Not sure what's worse the horrible quality of the fruit and vegetables or the owners attitude when you tell him that everytime you but fruit and open it up it's spoiled....I don't think they have had a decent avocado in the store ever. I bought 4 smaller cantaloupes in the summer which looked normal.thwn they were opened and absolutely disgusting. This store years ago was fantastic but has not been for a long time... Time to go elsewhere but I'm sure the guy with the horrible attitude won't really care, he'll just keep on selling garbage

I LOVE Freshco on Broadway, great prices, great people. I was there two days ago and couldn't find blueberries. I asked GEORGE, who took a lot of time and trouble to find some in the back for me. He is exceptional and so friendly, I will be back!

Was the only store in town to do the price match from an another out of town grocery store .. manager even brought me in the back to pick out the chicken I wanted ! They are awesome!! Staff extremely customer service oriented,. Best store in town !
