I had an amazing experience at Moores, thanks to Mustafa! I was in a rush to get a full outfit for a wedding I had to attend in just a few hours, and he absolutely delivered. Mustafa has an incredible eye for what fits well and looks sharp, and he helped me choose the perfect suit, tie, shoes, and accessories in no time. His expertise and easygoing personality made the whole experience fun and stress-free. I left feeling confident and well-prepared for the event. I highly recommend Moores and definitely ask for Mustafa to assist you with your purchase!

Do yourself a favour and ask for Michael when you go in. He’s helped me for many years picking out suits and consistently does a great job at it!
For instance, I had a suit tailored and wasn’t happy with the fit because it was still boxy. I saw Michael working when I went back and he agreed that while the previous employee pinned the suit conservatively, that he agreed that the suit should come in and be fixed in some areas. He is willing to listen and easy to talk to so when there’s a question Michael would give his input and expert opinion. I left after the second alteration very happy with the new suit and hope I will get to work with him again!

I really don't like shopping for suits but I gotta give a shout out to Eric who works here bc he made finding the right suit for me so easy. He helped me figure out which size jacket, shirt and pants looked good on me and let me try on a couple different sizes to make sure we had gotten close to what I wanted. Yay! Highly recommend

I was sent there to pick up a shirt because at the Burlington Dundas took 3 weeks store kept screwing up ordering a shirt in my size. The shirts were very tight and they said we're rushing another one in and it would be here on the Friday p.m.
TOO LATE my son is getting married Friday.
I was served in Oakville by Sandra and she was excellent.
She told me the shirt I was to pick up was not designed for a man of my build( why Burlington guys didn't know that) and she suggested another style and fit which worked out great.
Thank you Sandra, you saved the day!

What a perfect man clothing store! Suits and it's accessories of all types (and sizes!). Excellent quality and good prices variety. Mostafa is an amazing person and he helped me in the selection of a business suit and shirt. It was such a nice experience meeting him and visiting this store. Definitely going to come there for any future man clothing requirements.

Tuxedo wasn't ready until the day before, and I've never worn one so I asked the people working if the suit fit properly before I left. They said it did, and I trusted them due to their experience. Come wedding day, the sleeves were too long and the jacket was too baggy. It would've been nice to have people care enough to not let this sort of thing happen especially when it's for a wedding.

I rented a pants for my son, they didn’t ask me about the cut or designs just the colour and the size. they gave me regular cut that looks like old man’s pants. They gave it to me 3 days before the event. I asked them to adjust the pants they told me that they can’t do any thing about it the next day I came to adjust the height they told me if you told us yesterday we could of done something but now we don’t have enough time to order another one and they won’t adjust the one they gave me. This not acceptable at all.

Let me start the review by mentioning that it wasn’t my first time shopping at location but the borderline offensive approach wasn’t first time either. Last time I was straight away told “if you’re looking for cheaper items, the clearance is on the right” not sure why the lady assumed that, I wouldn’t be shopping at moores if I was looking for something cheaper. I ignored the last incident and went again which I shouldn’t have done. I needed some help to open up the formally packed shirt. Upon approaching this older gentleman for help, without even asking what sort of help I needed, I was told “you can just leave the shirt there if you don’t want to buy”. When I mentioned that I needed help with the shirt, this gentleman unapologetically in a rude manner told me to go to front desk. Not sure if it should be considered a racist behaviour or not but this person was being super nice to the others, may be Moores as company need to retrain the sales staff. I regret not confronting this man infront of his other clients but If this person wishes to talk, I can be contacted. Thanks

Usually have a good experience here this is why I gave 2 stars, but today was borderline offensive. I walked in and passed several employees who ignored me and continued on with their tasks. I had a look around then stood at the empty checkout counter to let them know I'm looking to speak to someone. An employee came and said they were new so they'd get someone to help. He came back and told me to go to the swatches section to have a look and someone would be there to help shortly. I went and waited again. I finished looking through the swatches and had questions and still no one. I waited another 10 minutes watching other staff bust themselves on the floor, tidying up, while other finished with customers and looked straight at me and disappeared to the back. After some more time I just walked out and no one batted an eye. Unbelievable, will be using a different location, or switching to another retailer near me.

Mustafa was very helpful and friendly when setting me up with a fresh suit for an upcoming wedding.
He recommended a specific tie, tie-bar, and a nice pocket square which were all on point to go with the suit.
