My husband and I had design burnout! We called on Michael and his team and wow, wow, wow! We were blown away… so creative! So professional! I am very happy with Michael’s services and the entire reno of our condo. Our place looks brand new, and I love his design taste. It definitely brings us joy living in a beautiful place. He is very easy to work with. His design team and contractor were truly amazing as well. There are no shortcuts, no cutting corners, and they ensure the job is done right which is so hard to find with contractors. I’ll add pictures once we do a professional shoot.

Micheal Lambie worked with our contractor to provide us with a kitchen design that accommodated our small space. He did a great job and we are very happy with the results. In a stroke of genius, he increased the counter space by about 25 percent by the simple (for him) modification to a window. His design is clean and the resultant kitchen is very easy to move around in with a lot of room for food preparation and countertop storage.

All these 5 star reviews are probably fake. Please stay away from them. Nothing but scamsters who have no idea how to do accounting. Apparently to do feature wall they charge 14k and don’t even bother telling you. A project which was supposed to be way less made it into 100k project will be posting their invoice where they charge HST double and city line will be contacted for their affiliation. Please do your homework prior to engaging them got a second hand returned fireplace which stopped working. Gas pipe was not sealed properly where city had to come and tear down. They took a year to complete and for 3 months place was not liveable. Can write a novel why not to pick them.

We knew we were in good hands right from the very beginning when meeting with Micheal. He understood our needs and came up with an amazing vision for our basement. The finish product was above and beyond our expectations. His team did such a wonderful job pulling the space together and adding those personal touches that personalized the space for the entire family. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Michael at our home yesterday. We have been struggling with a design layout for our kitchen for some time and how it would impact the rest of the main floor. Michael was able to quickly assess our wishes and challenges and came up with valuable solutions on the spot. His proposed design optimizes our kitchen space given our structural limitations. In addition, he was able to evaluate our proposed design layout based on future return on investment. Finally, his design will be saving us thousands in unnecessary costs. Needless to say, we are extremely grateful for coming across someone like Michael, who has a great balance of design sense and practicality. We would strongly recommend hiring Michael for the design and planning of a home renovation.

What do you do when you want to start a renovation and meet with a designer but you’re in the middle of self-isolating – you do it virtually.Had a VIRTUAL consultation with Michael regarding our main floor renovation and wasn’t sure how it would go or how much we would be able to cover but I am so happy with the meeting. We went through my wish list, functionality and different options and came out with a design and layout we can move forward on. I would defiantly recommend it. Looking forward to moving this project to the next steps.

We were 5 months into a full house renovation (West Toronto) that was not going well with a previous plan/build company when we engaged Micheal. What makes Micheal different? He listens. He listened to our families needs, and not only came back with solutions that met our needs but took our ideas to the next level.
