Ordered several bras in my size as they did not have in the store. I had to pay in full as when I ordered. The selection is decent but they maintain limited inventory so you have to order. I ended up not wanting 2 of them. Owner refused to refund despite the fact that the invoice did not state “final sale” or such other similar statement. This was not mentioned to me during my visit either. Therefore, this was not agreed to. I would not have spent over 800$ had I known this. Owner was very inflexible. She was only willing to issue a credit note. Very poor customer service and questionable business practices.

Phenomenal customer service! Incredible product selection. If you are blessed with curves, they have wide selection of sizes for very diverse figures. We always leave feeling fabulous.

Fabulous service. They turned the horrible job of bra shopping into a much more pleasant experience. I never had to wait in the change room. They were always waiting with lots of choices and options that fit my needs. Super pleasant staff. Highly recommend.

Feedback: please notify clients if you do not carry or have their size in stock. I am a 28F and there were no bras of that size to try on. I did let the store know my size in the questionnaire for the bra and swimsuit fitting. It took me about 40 minutes to drive to Oakville.

It was such a delight to work with Lida when it came to finding those key pieces for under my daughters graduation dress. She was easy to talk to, knew exactly what I needed and help me troubleshoot a couple ideas when it came to options for what my daughter could wear under her dress. So grateful to have someone so approachable in our community to support.
The product was beautifully displayed and easy to shop - a true pleasure.

My experience at Inside Out was very positive. They take the time to listen to any concerns, make helpful suggestions, and select suitable styles that fit comfortably. I left with three bras that were perfect for me and were not only comfortable but pretty. I will certainly shop there again.

I just bought three items from Inside Story, a bra and two bathing suits. It was a return visit. As then, the service, provided so expertly by Lida, was excellent! She is sensitive, responsive, and makes what can be a difficult purchase, so much easier. I will definitely return. Well done!

Absolutely love this place! Lida was so helpful in finding me the right fit and understood the type of bra I would need. She doesn’t use measuring tape, she can just assess you when looking at you. So happy I found Inside Story. I have been going there for years now and the service and apparel are always outstanding!

"Hunchback!" These are the types of body shaming name-calling I sadly have to hear from a worker (white female, black, straight, very short hair). Lita (owner) witnesses this horrific bullying of my handicap and smirks and smiles at this! I am profoundly upset and also very hurt by their mean talk!

The pre check in questionnaire is an excellent tool! Pre booking is yet another bonus! I was welcomed - they knew my name - a few items were preselected for me just to get started. It was a chore I was dreading - which turned out to be a very "uplifting" experience! Very personable staff - beautiful store!I highly recommend Inside Story Lingerie. Looking forward to my next visit!
