Victor has been our mechanic since before he opened VMS and he is by far the best around! He is responsive and provides advice on the needs for your vehicle at a cost effective price, which is rare nowadays. He takes time to properly perform the necessary diagnostics as a mechanic and not a machine. Best mechanic, best service, just simply the best! Love this place so much, our entire family and extended family take their vehicles to Victor. Our trusted and very valued mechanic!

Terrible experience with this auto repair shop. Brought my own transmission fluid as per agreement for replacement as my car required specific one (worth around $100) and took time out of my business hours to drive there but was refused services just for asking a question about quote for a brake fluid change service that I wasn’t intended to do at the same time. The owner of the shop I had deal with Victor/Mechanic probably at that time had a bad day… Began immediately behave irrationally, using profanity like a mentally-challenged person (Just for asking a question??) As a mechanic he might have good skills but as a person - absolutely loose cannon, temperamental and very rude person!!! Wasted time and money… Deserved to be sued and punished for such ugly behaviour! The reception desk is unresponsive, poor communication, takes days to get reply back for a quote only by text messaging. Avoid it by all means!
